They were nice and professional.

We love Lowe’s and have been very satisfied. They stand behind their products. We know this first hand since we did not purchase the extended warranty and when we had an issue with our refrigerator, they replaced it for us brand new.

There was an issue with one of the shades. They sent a guy out to take care of it and there were no further problems.

It is a fiber glass door and it really looks like wood. Their doors are good for energy percentage. I did the research on the internet and I picked out the door. I also got an estimate from another company, which was a better price, but Lowes matched it. It took about 2 weeks for the door to be delivered and they have been consistent.

We used them 3 different times. They gave me a good price and did a decent job. There are good people working in that department. They are very informative about the various payment methods and the benefits of it and how it would safe me money. Their prices were as good as I could find. They came when they said they would and did a good job of clean up.

I was completing the order from out-of-state, and was entirely depending on Lowe's installer to do a good job with no supervision. I was assured by the property manager that the floor looks great. Only one thing - wish they had told me in advance that they wouldn't be entirely removing all the old flooring and supplies - I understand they left a lot of trash out at the curb.

Price wise, the carpet was a great deal. They had a special going which included tearing out and disposing of the old carpet and moving all the furniture. I was very happy with the carpet, the only problem was that I was not made aware that the plusher carpet would cause my doors to no longer close properly. The man who came to measure the rooms and the salesperson who sold the carpet, both failed to mention that my doors would no longer open and close due to the higher pile carpet. I am pleased with Lowe s choice of installers, as they seem to check them out thoroughly before hiring them, and they really do a good job.

The installer did a very good job of installing the doors.

Lowe's actually was the middle man and the company they sent out to us was Diamond Flooring which is a family owned and run operation. I called Lowe's and they asked for a deposit (don't remember exactly what it was; maybe $100). Within a day or two a representative from Diamond called to schedule an in-house visit, which involved a few minutes of measuring the space with this neat little laser type thing. Lowe's called me back with the estimate, which we accepted (below our anticipated budget!). We then coordinated with Diamond for the install date. They arrived on time, first thing in the morning; it was 3 guys. Took them most of the day. Neatly rolled up the carpet and set out leftover materials to our curb for trash pick-up. I asked if they minded putting the furniture back in a rearranged fashion, which they did happily. And they were just so polite. It took them about 6-7 hours.

Michael Murray the flooring specialist at Lowe's was very cooperative and creative. He was always on time and very professional. The floors look great and we enjoy them tremendously. We recommend everyone use Lowe's for their flooring and kitchen needs.
