Everything was done efficiently, professionally and on time

Lowells had only one contractor to install door. He cancelled several time but finally came on a Sunday to install door. Installer did great job just not good with his schedule

This is the second time we have had Lowe's install a storm door in one of our homes. We buy the Tradewinds storm door from them and have them install it. They sent out Matt to measure and make sure there wouldn't be any issues with the installation. When the special order door came in they called and came out within 2 or 3 days to install it. Always happy with their door and installation process.

My experience with them was fine. They were very efficient. They came when they were supposed to and did a good job. I bought the door separately.

They came when they promised to be here, and they hooked everything up. The heater is an electric and 50 gallon.

I spent about $5000. They were very professional, they came on time, they put down new carpet padding, they were efficient and the carpets look great. We are very happy with them.

Lowes was professional and helpful in all areas. They also accept competitor coupons and we saved a lot of money with those little 10% off incentives! The other big box store would not take our coupons so we took our business to Lowes, and they were very happy with us because we spent a lot more on our building process with them than listed above. That number was just for the appliances. Together, we were a match made in heaven! They helped us, and we helped them.

This instance was good, as someone was there to assist us. My only real complaint about this Lowe's is that it's almost impossible to find anyone to ask questions to, get help from, etc. It's almost like pulling teeth sometimes.

That was wonderful. They have a great selection of tools. Their quality of service is occasionally snotty.

I believe I explained everything That happened in the above box. I hope the failure of the first machine in such a short time was a fluke. I guess time will tell.

The experience turned out very well. They took their time and they did a good job. I thought that it was a little pricey but otherwise I was satisfied with the job. The people who came out were very good.

We're very happy with them. They are our favorite place. They're always helpful in the store. We're new to the area. It's the first time we bought a home. We have a lot of questions as first time home buyers. The price has always been right up to this point.

I needed to replace an old and not properly working sliding glass door which goes from my dining room to the patio and back yard. I went to Lowe's to look at what was available and received a lot of individual attention from the employee there at the time, including a lot of time spent on giving me a computer printout of what was available with individual costs. There was no pressure on me to do anything. Returned about 3 weeks later after doing some investigating of the product and spoke with another employee and got more information (correcting some misinformation I had gotten the first time, an honest mistake by someone new, I believe) with even more detail and took that home to review. No pressure again. Called the employee back and set a time to meet him to make the final decision. I was told that the installers would be out to measure the door and I should hear from them in 2 days. They called the next day and came the next day to measure. I think I then returned to Lowe's for the final sale which gave me a very detailed printout of all costs associated with the door and the installation. I was told it would take about 28 days. 2 weeks later I received a call that my door had arrived. I was told the installer would call within 2 or 3 days to set an installation date. He called the next day and the date was set for the following week. I received a call from Lowe's letting me know that the installer had contacted them and confirming the installation date. The installers arrived on time. They were friendly, effecient, professional. I could not have asked for better installers. I would use them again if I had an appropriate job for them to do. Lowe's called 3 days later to see if I was satisfied with the quality of the door and the quality of the installers. I have to be honest and say I was not expecting this kind of personal followup from such a large store and was pleasantly surprised. I would certainly consider using them again.

I signed the contract on March 22, 2011. The windows came in with errors and were reordered. There was communication problems between the contractor, his men, and Lowe's. The windows were finally installed the end of August, six months later, after much back and forth. I had to constantly be in contact with Lowe's to keep them informed and to get the job done. The trim on all the windows was not installed properly and was sloppy. They had to come back and do it over. They did do a little extra to make up for the inconvenience, but 'to little, too late'. The people working for Lowe's were great., however, the contractor they used left a lot to be desired. I would not use Lowe's again.

Overall from choosing the refrigerator to the installation it was smooth and professional.

They did an excellent job; they were prompt and did a good job. The price was fine and I will use them again in the future.

The first guy who came out for the estimate was fifteen minutes late. I only live about three miles from Lowe's. He blamed it on the traffic and things like that. He measured the windows. I guess their procedure is that they measure and then they send out another guy to do the final inspection. The final guy came out and apparently the first guy, the one who was late didn't do a very good job in measuring. What was going to cost me around $1500 they said it would cost me double than that and I think they did try to get back to me over the cell phone but for some reason or another, I wasn't able to pick up the conversation and it went on and on and on and there were no more calls from Lowe's to kind of contact me. Overall, my experience with them was not very good. They were very unprofessional. I don't know if the job was all that big in their eyes but it was big to me. I still shop at Lowe's for buying products but I would never consider using them again for this work in the future.

It is the most convenient to my house. It is a typical Lowe's.

I've used them from two branches and they're both good. They were pretty affordable. They were pretty fast and responsive as well. I will use their services again in the future.

The work cost me about $500, which included the installation. The guy there was very arrogant. The quality of installation was not good; it was not professional. I will not use their services again in the future.

It was fairly easy to go in and pick what you want. I think the price was a little high and I could have gotten it cheaper. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They charged me $1000 for double storm doors. They were very good. They kept in contact with me from the time of purchase till after the installation. They made sure everything was okay. I will use them again in the future.
