Description of Work: Pipe burst in two places under house due to freezing temperatures. I called at 5:30 pm. They responded immediately. It is now 7pm and repaired!

Description of Work: After having a horrible day I came home to water my plants and my outside faucet wouldn't turn off. I called, left a message, he called back within minutes and came over same day to assist. Not only was he super friendly, after hearing how horrible my day was he didn't even charge me. Told me that it sounded like my day was rough enough and to just keep him in mind next time I needed anything. Not only will I use him whenever I need a plumber, I will tell anyone who is looking that he is the guy to call. Random acts of kindness are a rarity and definitely does not go unnoticed.

Description of Work: The shower was raining down from the ceiling and Jay came to the rescue the same day. He repaired the drain after giving a very reasonable estimate and was professional and courteous.
