Overall excellent! Called jay on Friday afternoon because we need our water heater replaced. J was able to give us a quote over the phone after I provided a few pictures, he put us on the schedule for first thing Monday morning. Jay showed up right on time and ready to get to work. Overall the job took just under two hours. This included upgrading some of the existing plumbing which had been installed sloppily before we moved in. I had to call Jay back later in the afternoon because I still did not have hot water and he came back within one hour. Jay was able to determine that a faulty breaker was causing the new water heater to not get power. Even though The problem was electrical he helped me figure out how to repair this and even called an electrician friend to see if you would be available to help. In the end I was able to replace the breaker myself thanks to Jay's advice.

Jay was prompt, on time, and professional. he communicated with me during the project and was able to adjust his schedule accordingly to accommodate the flow of my kitchen remodel. After the work was complete, I had a small issue on a Sunday morning, I texted him with a request to fit me in during the following week. Within ten minutes, he responded and within another ten minutes he was on my front porch, said he happened to be in the area. Small issue resolved. Highly already recommended!

We have found ourselves a plumber! We called Jay. He responded in less than 15 minutes. His price was 20% than a previous company. He did the job quickly with no mess. He also gave us a few tips on something we could fix ourselves. He did not try to oversell us as another company on Angie's List has done. Jay is honest, trustworthy as well as being a great plumber. As an older couple this is very important to us. I wish I could have given him an A+.

Not only was Jay very nice but he is truly an expert in his field. He installed the toilet faster than I have ever seen, did it right and at a fair price. He was leaving that day on a trip but was kind enough to wake up extra early and come to our house to help. We really appreciated his work and are so thankful to have found him.
