A outside faucet was leaking and I needed a replacement. I reached out to J Stephens Plumbing and within 10 minutes had a reply. J Stephens Plumbing sent someone out that afternoon and here I sit...a happy customer. Simple fix, but I appreciate the customer service so I'll call them back in the future.

Very well. Jay was prompt. His inspection of the house for installation was very thorough. The quote was competitive as we got three bids. And the work could be completed next day. Jay's promptness and thoroughness with his quote were why we chose his company.

I Left messages for 5 Company's at 5am that I had a very bad leak all night and needed someone to contact me ASAP. Jason called me right after 8am from J STEPHENS and told me he could come out around 3-4pm. I told him that I had a very good stream of water running and leaking on to the downstairs bathroom ceiling. I think he moved some stuff around and was able to come over to my house around 1030am. He was a very pleasant guy to talk to and VERY courteous. He had a lot of knowledge and sounded like experience. I finally asked him if it was his house what would he do. I agreed with him. Ended up updating my 30 year old shower fixtures for some brand new one. He gave me a set price and did not charge by the hour! The price was very reasonable and he was able to get working on it right away!!!. He was all completed with everything by 2:30pm. A ton of little things besides the great work he did, was drywall cut into a nice square, and he put it back up. ( I will have to mud and tape but due to his forward thinking it will be very easy. (and it's in the closet) He cleaned up awesome after the job. I would recommend this company and have, and especially Jason!!! Total pro's but won't cost an arm and a leg!!

All around great service--Jay was quick to return my initial call and was able to fit me in on short notice. He showed up on time and quoted a fair price for a pesky leak at a Pex connection. After watching him do the repair, I'm so glad I did not try myself. He left everything cleaner than what he found it and in spite of a few challenges with the repair, was very efficient. I also had him quote installation of a tankless heater and when I'm ready for that work will use him. I intend to reach out to him first for all future plumbing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Jason! He was able to come out to our home and provide us a estimate quickly and then turn around and complete the job less 48 hours later. He was very professional and easy to work with. The cost of services was very reasonable. I will definitely use J Edwards Plumbing again!

I am extremely pleased. We were able to text pictures of the problem to receive an estimate. I was able to have the repair scheduled quickly. Jason arrived on time. He was courteous, completed the repair, and provided some plumbing tips about other issues. I would absolutely use J Stephens again and would recommend them to friends/family.

Jay gave the best solution to our sink and washing machine hook up. He did it last minute on a Sunday. The whole staff was incredibly accommodating and perfessional. During the consultation one of his employees gave me a great description of what was going to be done and why- but also told me that Jay may come up with a way to do it more efficiently and more cost effectively- the important thing is he assured me the job would be done and in budget. Jay save 6 hours labor (that's huge!) when he called me 30 minutes later. I'll only use one plumber from here on out.

Jay got back to me within 2 minutes of leaving a voicemail. I figured it would be a day or 2 until he could get to my place to make the necessary fixes. I let him know that it was pretty urgent and he let me know he'd be here within 3 hours. He made it in less than 3 and actually beat me to the house as I was at work. He is the utmost professional and a real easy guy to speak with and get a long with. The whole experience felt so different from other plumbers that I have used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

It took them several visits to get the drain cleared, but they persisted and got the job done.

Mr Stephens showed up on time. Explained the repairs & parts prior to performing them. His final price was cheaper & he had all the parts he needed in his service truck. Great experience & very efficient.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Jay. Not only did he respond within 5 minutes of my call, he came over within the hour. This was on a Sunday. He knew it was an emergency and he treated as such. We had to turn the main water valve off overnight but he had us up and running shortly after he arrived. We have plans for him to return for a completely separate job. Fabulous follow up and professional service. Thank you.

The work was done on a Saturday. Jay called me back in 5 minutes and was at my house, after picking up some equipment in 20 minutes.

Jay is great to work with! He is very responsive and prompt. He installed an antique Pullman sink in our powder room, which he had never done before, perfectly! He put a lot of effort and time into the plumbing which is not your typical sink plumbing and it works wonderfully. He also was able to install two new toilets in our house quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

I called and Jay returned my call within 10 minutes. He scheduled a same day appointment for 10-12 am . Then JT called and was ahead of schedule. He got out his tools and had the drain cleared in less than an hour. Gave me the price ahead of time with the Angie's List discount at the end. JT was very courteous and professional. Would definitely use them again.
