The service has been fabulous. They are very responsive. Nick is polite and he can be counted on to do anything that is needed. He is very thorough and always does a great job. You schedule the service online and it is very convenient. They are willing to work with last minute schedule changes, they are responsive to that.

They are very professional, reliable and always on time. They have a great online scheduling system that reminds you when it is time to schedule pest service. They spray both the inside and outside perimeter. I have had no problems in between spraying's. I have recommended then to several neighbors and would so to any friend.

ECTPS is the "gold standard!" Everything was done professionally and punctually. We give this company our very highest recommendation. Money well spent!

Chris has left notes letting me know when I have a problem with my siding, etc. that he noticed while treating my outside area. I've been a customer since 10/2012 and have been consistently pleased with East Cooper Termite and Pest Solutions. I've thought to add interior treatments but thus far, the perimeter application has been sufficient pest control. Always happy to support a local company and this is a reliable and worthy one.

I called East Cooper Termite and Pest Solutions on a Monday morning and spoke to the owner, Chris Bavosa and mentioned that I had seen a few roaches over the past month around the house. He had a full schedule that day but offered to come by after his last appointment at 4:30 PM. I happily said "yes" and Chris was there shortly after 5 PM, as promised. Chris sprayed all around the house and explained exactly what he was doing. I found him to be extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He discussed options for both pest control and termites. I chose the bi-monthly pest control solution which normally costs $300 annually but you can get a 10% break if you pay upfront. Since the initial treatment, I received an e-mail message reminding me to schedule my two-month visit on their website. I did that and like clock-work Chris arrives to do the job. I would highly recommend East Cooper Termite and pest Solutions over the big name companies if only to support a local small business owner. But besides that, I don't you could find a friendlier, more knowledgable guy than Chris.

I have used ECTPS for several years for extermination, termite prevention and rodent control. Due to their diligence, I have problems with none of those and am fully confident that Chris Bavosa and his staff will quickly resolve any needs that may arise. The Technician arrived on time and went srtaight to work after determining what sort of insect infestation I was experiencing. The main problem turned out to be "German roaches" and he applied two different substances to various areas to most likely eradicate them. He then sprayed the outside of the townhome to eradicate spiders he found outside. He was done in about an hour.

He is extremely thorough and professional. He always returns his phone calls and immediately comes whenever there is a problem.

Chris came out and surveyed the interior and exterior of my home. He pointed out potential trouble areas for pests in my home. He even made me aware of some termite damage that I had not noticed and gave me an estimate to treat my home for this. He is very knowledgeable and thorough about his profession. I signed an annual pest treatment contract with him which offered a 10% discount. His service is bimonthly which is not what many other companies offer. I will most likely use him him for termite treatment as well.

This is a top notch company that really cares about the work they perform. They always work with your schedule and are there when they say they are going to be there. If we have any problems inbetween services, they are there after one phone call. Could not ask for any more professional, yet friendly and efficient service!

They are topnotch. They are an owner operated. They are very reliable. They have a very modern approach. The technician photographed whatever damage he saw in the inspection and brought it to my attention on a laptop. It is a very professional service. The owner is quite professional in his approach. He is courteous. When he is on your premises, he cleans up completely after everything. I think I have not had a service that was this professional. Usually it is a guy with a broom tells me he must be hungry. I am impressed with the owner. He takes business like a business unlike other pest control companies. The fact that he was able to show it to me was helpful because I was never going under the house.
