Description of Work: I called the guys at east cooper termite because my neighbor has a infestation so just to make sure that we didn't . He arrived even a little early . He crawled under and circled the house giving it a through examination . Then to my surprise was completely honest explaining he would not be able to cover the house due to our addition that was added some years ago . You just can't crawl underneath to treat . Our last company sure didn't say a word about that . He Explained that if they came from that area our previous company wouldn't have covered any damage and to make sure you read all the fine print in a termite contact . Said every thing looked good and made some recommendation that I corrected right away . They didn't charge a thing for in initial inspection . I can't tell the how much I appreciated just his honesty and integrity . Up to then we had the same national company for 18 years and had a problem in one corner of the house that easily accessible couple years back . My wife turned a picture on the wall over and the termites were up into the wall could not believe it . Thinking the whole time you pay for the bond and monthly treatments that your house is safe and protected . I would highly recommend if anyone has second thoughts about there present termite company or looking for a new one . Give these guys a call.
