Description of Work: He put a new lock and doorknob on one door, and had to do some work on it to make the door fit and the strike plate needed to be adjusted, so he knew what he was doing and did what was necessary to make it work right. I paid him some extra outside the deal to rekey other locks, etc. All the work was done very well. Only drawback was he communicated some of his frustrations about the business, etc., and was fairly negative, to go so far as to complain about doing that work after all these years, can't get good help, etc. I just didn't need to hear all that. MOst of us just want the job done and done well, not to have to hear complaints. But his work itself was excellent.
