Great. He was responsive. Called when he said he would, followed up, showed up when he said he would. Was professional, friendly, etc. Did the job quickly and well.

We were so pleased with the service Kristy gave us by phone and email from the office and Robert gave us at installation. The replacement handleset was perfect, guided by the advice Kristy gave us for 1) choosing the finish of the new handleset in order to match the existing door knocker and 2) the size and style in order to mostly cover the existing drill holes and painted outline of the former handleset. Kristy suggested we email photos of the inside and outside of the door to show her what hardware we currently had. Robert worked efficiently, professionally and on schedule, seating the new handleset dead bolt into the door frame more securely/deeply than it had been and adding a needed bolt at the bottom of the handleset to prevent it from slipping. He worked quickly, was very pleasant, and answered all our questions. And we weren't charged for extra keys. We were able to apply a $10 off coupon, too.

I took a deal that they had, it was for $59 or something, but they ended up charging more because I must have missed something in the deal that it was just for them to look at and then to do it, it was an extra 30 or something. I ended up paying $99 or something. It was all good. They were fine. It was that I had to contact them to get it. They did not contact me. Other than that, it was fine.

The locks wer repaired, though the service was very late, attributed to bad contact numbers. emergencies, etc. The technician promised to call back with improved parts, but never heard from them again.

After trying 4 keys, I could not unlock the door to my garage. I called and explained the problem. I also mentioned that our home had recently been power washed and painted. The gentleman on the phone suggested that I try WD-40. Which, I explained was in the garage as well as my two automobiles. He promised to make a call and have someone out right away. As soon as I hung up I checked my laundry room and found some WD-40, which I tried and it worked instantly. I called him back and he was happy to have helped even without a visit. I will definatly use this company if and when I need a locksmith in the future.

Door knob on pantry door wouldn't open... and my wife needed spices asap to finish dinner. Not exactly an emergency, but we called East Cooper Lock and they arrived within the hour. It required several tools and attempts to get into the pantry; apparently the lock mechanism had been installed incorrectly by the homeowner (that would be me). Within 15 minutes, the meal was seasoned and all was well. Great job.

The contractor was very courteous, prompt and knew what he was doing. It was a definitely a pleasure to work with them.

I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 3pm. I was told the locksmith would call when he was on the way. I received a call after 3:30pm letting me know he was on the way and would be at my home in 35 minutes. I received another call from the locksmith at 4:40pm letting me know he was stuck in traffic on I-526. I let him know my children had an event and I would be leaving in an hour. I also asked him why he didn't call me earlier. He asked my schedule for the next day and I told him I was not available as we have prior commitments. I asked for his supervisor's number and he provided. I called the supervisor and asked why no one called me and he told me it was the locksmith's responsibility to do so. I explained that their lack of customer service now left me in a bind with a broken front door lock all weekend. He also offered to come out on Friday and I told him that wasn't possible. After some back and forth he told me to call someone else.

Service was punctual, professional, and timely. I would use this company again.

Did a great job, except the lock on one door needed to be replaced. Did not happen on the first visit. Came back for a second time, but did not have a matching color lock to complete the job. I asked to leave it alone and we would do the replacement at another time.

Though I can't remember the names of the wonderful woman and gentleman who rekeyed my locks, they were very kind and professional. They came right in and started on them and it took them very little time to do the job. They were punctual and I would definitely use them again. I appreciated their good work and their kind demeanor. They were even nice to my dog, who gets quite excited about visitors.

They were in and out in less then 15 minutes. Very quick and would do business with them again in the future.
