Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning

The customer service representative was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and understanding of my concern about keeping the colors of this antique rug intact during cleaning. The price quoted was by the foot and was fair, and the rug was cleaned and ready for pick-up in the time frame I was quoted. The colors, after cleaning, were indeed true and unchanged, with no bleeding from the darker colors to the lighter ones, which was my major concern. There are several loops that have come a little loose out of the fabric backing only at the edge of the rug but I can tuck those back under with hand sewing. Due to the age of the rug and the fact that it was handmade, that is likely to be expected. I feel they did a very good job and were most considerate about my major concern. I'm glad I chose them from Angie's List listings for this particular job.

The technicians were punctual and did a good job cleaning the items. However, they were unable to remove heavy dirt spots.

It went very well. I will use this company again and they do oriental rugs at their facility by hand. I will likely have them clean mine when I have them done. Bryan vacuumed everything before he cleaned, which was okay. I vacuumed everything except the stairs last night, but you can never get it too clean. He was efficient in his work and finished up in about 2 hours. Some of the rooms upstairs were nearly dry by the time he finished the job. The carpet cleaning I had done in June or July by another company was not great - the company left so much water in my carpets it took days to dry. It was my own fault to some extent - the price was far too low for the amount of square feet I have. It really did a number on my carpets. This cleaning is to correct some of the effects of that last job. From the time I contacted Citrus Fresh for pricing and scheduling, it has been a pleasure to work with them.

I have moved 10 times in the last 20 years as an Air Force officer. This was the BEST carpet cleaning i have EVER had, by far. I recommend them without reservation. A++++++++++ BTW, steam cleaning wont do what these guys will do... Choose this INSTEAD of steam.....

These people were great! Their equipment is small and efficient - no requirement to keep your front door open for a large hose to run in and out. My sofa was stain treated and cleaned in about 30 minutes - he even cleaned the back side of the sofa, which is something a lot of cleaners skimp on. The rug had been sitting in my garage for at least 2 years and prior to that was a favorite spot for kitty to urinate, occasionally. In 10-15 minutes, the rug sparkled and was odor-free. I will use again.

Our mother's apartment at a retirement community needed to have the carpet cleaned because her cat misses the litter box more often than it hits it. The odor was quite bad, and there were stains. Citrus Fresh was quick to respond with an appointment and the cleaner was on time. We chose Citrus Fresh over other cleaners because they said the carpets would be dry enough to walk on in a couple hours, while cleaners who use steam said much longer, 6 or more. Our mother did not want to be out of her apartment more than an hour or two. The original price quote was for under well under $100, but when the cleaner saw the stains he recommended their special pet odor reduction treatment and so we said yes. The treatment and cleaning did markedly improve the stains and odor, and she was able to come back into the apt. in two hours. The downside (and we knew this in advance) is that they don't move furniture. Another downside is that the machine is more or less a scrubber that uses a minimum of liquid and surface cleans the carpet. There is no injection of hot water and extraction. On the other hand, that's why it dries fast. We wouldn't clean our carpets this way, but it worked well for our mom's situation.

I called Citrus Fresh and made an appointment right away, unfortunately there was a miscommunication between me and the scheduler about the time and I ended up waiting for them to come clean a rental house of mine on the wrong day and time. I left a message as to why they had not come, but no return call was made within a short amount of time. I didn't wait long to call back as I had already been waiting for them to arrive for nearly an hour. After talking with the scheduler the second time I called back, we realized a mistake was made about the time and day. The next time the appointment was scheduled there was no problem at all. They (the cleaners) were there waiting for me when I arrived. Lamar and John were very pleasant and gave me good advice on what areas we should just clean and what areas they should treat with the deodorizer. They vacumned everywhere and cleaned all areas that we discussed. The carpet looked brand new when they left. I was extremely pleased with the condition that they brought the carpet back too. did not think it could be done. I would definitely use them again. Also, I know now that the office always send an email the day of the cleaning to let me know that the job is still on, so from now on I will know if there is a problem if they don't notify me ahead of time!!! They were on time and did a good job. They did what they said they would do which was to just clean and refresh the carpet. We did not have any stains.

Greg arrived right on time and went to work. He then took his time to make sure each piece was meticulously cleaned and looking like new.

They did a great job on cleaning the carpet. Removed stains I thought were permanent. (Final bill was more than estimate because they had made a math error.) Stretched carpet in one room - was not as pleased w/this portion of the service. Would definitely recommend them and plan to use again in the future.

Lamar arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. Did an amazing job on the upholstery and offered to come back once they had dried if there was a problem. We would use this company again and highly recommend them.

Carpet cleaning service was great. Took only a couple of hours (4 rooms) and it dried easily within 2 hours. Worked great on 10 year old off white carpets! Will use them again in a week or so for a move-out with 6 rooms!

My technician arrived and got right to work. He was punctual, pleasant and professional. He spent more time on spots that were tough and even took the cushions to both couch and love seat to get them extra clean - no extra charge. He was amazing. The furniture looked great and smelled wonderful. He left the area upstairs better than he found it ! He was very focused and did his job wonderfully! I will definitely use this company and ask for this technician next time I have to have anything cleaned in the future. Leading up to my appointment the owner was nice enough to call and confirm my appointment. Amazing customer service ! Fantastic !

Robert arrived 5 minutes early ready to get to work. We showed him what we wanted cleaned and he went right to work. He was professional, courteous and efficient. The carpets look great!

I can't say enough nice things about Greg and Citrus Fresh. I have two dogs and a cat, so not only do I have a lot of pet hair in my carpet there were several spots from accidents as well. Greg explained the process he would use to get out the pet stains and the odor, as well as the pet hair, and boy did it work! My carpet looks brand new! It only took a couple of hours, and the cost is more than reasonable for the amount of cleaning they do. I highly recommend Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning.

This is my third time having Citrus Fresh clean my carpet. There is absolutely no way that I would let any one else clean my carpet. I once used Moen and that was the last time I will ever use them. Citrus fresh doesn't try to "sell" you extra products. They never make excuses as to why stains cannot be removed. The stains are gone with Citrus fresh. Fair price. Quick response to phone call. Great professional service. Weill schedule again in the Spring.
