I can not say enough great things about this company. The prices are VERY competitive and everyone involved with the company was very personable and professional. During the initial consultation Joel really took the time to make sure that I understood everything that needed to be done and answered any questions that I had. They were always on time and available to talk when I had any questions. Joel (the owner) personally attended the job to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. His crew really took the time to do a very thorough cleaning and make sure all of the water and mold was removed from my basement. They did a fantastic job. They go above and beyond to please their customers. After his crew finished the job they waited around for an hour for me to get home (even though they had a very long drive home) just to make sure I was happy with everything they did and answer any questions that I had. If you are looking for someone to take care of any flood/mold issues these guys are it! They dont have a big corporate structure so customer service is FANTASTIC and Joel personally communicates with his customers and makes sure they are 100% satisfied.

I could not be more happy with Joel and his company. I had numerous companies quote this job because I knew it would be expensive. Joel offered the most comprehensive solution at a price which was very competitive. Joel is a professional, he knows his stuff and is willing to answer any questions you may have. The guys on his team were top notch as well, and were very courteous and friendly while working in the house. You can tell Joel takes a lot of pride in the work he does. Joel stands by his work. I had a few questions 6 months after they completed their work. Joel was at my house the next day and answered all of the questions to my satisfaction. Side note: If you are considering crawlspace encapsulation, do your homework (I recommend crawlspaces.org), educate yourself and ask a lot of questions of anyone quoting the job. There are significant differences in the approach and materials used by different companies. Joel's approach was consistent with the research I have done. I would highly recommend Carolina Aire and Mold Solutions.

cleaned house of mold including vents and crawlspace. they also encapsulated the crawl space to avoid future problems. they came in at half the price of other estimates and did a great job. i would highly recommend their services. the owner and his wife are very nice and personable.

.We are beyond thrilled with Carolina Aire! We initially were wanting to replace our insulation under our house with spray foam insulation for energy costs savings, because we knew we were losing a lot of our heat/cool out of our house. My husband did a search on Angie's List and became curious about Carolina Aire's services. What Carolina Aire did for our family has turned out to be a huge blessing! I am highly allergic and sensitive to mold/mildew. Some of the symptoms that manifest in my body when exposed to mold/mildew are joint pain, headaches, fatigue, mental confusion, and sinus/respiratory infections. I usually have these symptoms manifest generally in the fall season when the leaves are falling and mildew content is high, so having these symptoms come and go, is something I have learned to live with, especially on cold, damp days, even in the winter. Well, the first night after Carolina Aire finished their job at our house, I woke up with no joint pain. Since, they told us that they removed mildew, in a rainbow of colors, from under our bedroom floors, I wasn't surprised when I began to feel better. We had no idea what the mildew was doing to us! My daughter doesn't wake up with a wet cough anymore and my health has continued to improve. Our heat use to turn on all through out the day, well, we noticed just last night that our heat didn't run all night and the temperature stayed at 73 degrees. It usually has to turn on numerous times in the night just to keep it at 68 degrees. Our humidity in the house, before having Carolina Aire's services, was usually around 60%. Well, now it is levelized around 40-48%. A huge difference. The floors are warmer, our house doesn't smell like musty, damp ground anymore (and yes, my hair even dries better)! Thank you Carolina Aire for helping to make our home healthier and giving us a better quality of life! We are so grateful.

Joel and his crew were great. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but repeatedly followed up when I had issues. They even came out to inspect their work a year after the job was complete. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking at crawl space remediation. Professional and trustworthy.

Carolina Aire and Mold Solutions is a trustworthy company that does good work. When you call the company, you are speaking to the owners. They take pride in the work they do and will do anything they can to help you. They don't mind answering any questions you have and teaching you about your crawlspace. They always come when they say they will be there and work until the job is done. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done on there crawlspace.

I received a coupon in the mail for this company for cleaning up the crawl space under the house. Well i checked out their website And after reading what their company was about and all the info about the mold well i just had to get an estimate from them to see if i could afford it.Well the price the info the estimate the treatment from them was wow Awesome. I am glad i called. The Gentleman that came out i believe was the owner and gave me a full explanation of the reasoning behind the procedure. He made me feel like i was one of his friends very interested in my family health,and future problems if we did not get it done ,that by doing it it would save my family money years later. The gentleman was a straight shooter did not try and give me a line. He wanted to get the job done as soon as he could for me and my family but as the family man i am i had to run the cost by my wife which was an awesome price. Then i was to call him back. well unfortunately something came up and i could not get it done. Carolina Aire & Mold Solutions is a Company i will be doing business with as much as i can. Also with the cleaning and sealing of my crawlspace as soon as i get my house fund back up I will be calling them back to get it done. I will give them ratings A's ,5's or 10 across the board which every people use for the rating system I can not express my Joy, happiness, and liking of this company. Very professional business! Estimate was provided and services rendered for estimated price. All contact with home office by phone was pleasant and professional. They seemed very anxious to help. Service was provided in a timely manner on the date specified. clean up was complete. Highly recommend!

They provided an estimate, took photographs of the work that was going to be done. After they completed the work, which they did an outstanding job, they sent before and after photos to show how the work progressed.
