Joel was fabulous! We needed immediate care, and Joel was right on time for us. He provided information in a very logical way for me to understand and began eliminating the source of the problem and also disinfecting the house. Thus eliminating the odor. His prompt service was very notable especially in this time of waiting for people to show up. Joel was also helpful in uncovering other areas in the house that needed caulking. He even went to Lowes to purchase foam to fill a hole that was creating more problems with the humidity. I just can’t say enough good things about Joel and the service he provided us. Just fabulous!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Joel and his team. I called on a Friday inquiring about mold remediation (cleaning of my whole condo downtown) and physical removal of funghi/mold that had grown due to water leakage and by the following week all was resolved. Not only was the total cost a fraction of the amount compared to another quote that I had received, but Joel rearranged his schedule to get me scheduled in a few days. Joel a great guy he helped me even when he didn’t have too. I was needing a plumber for a busted pipe in my attic. I told Joel I couldn’t find anyone Joel says hold let me see what I can do 30 min later I get a call Ray(plumber) they came out that same day fixed my pipe, I called Joel back and thanked him for helping me and keeping his word. Carolina Mold Solutions called back, tested, assessed, cleaned and encapsulated our crawlspace this past year doing a great job quickly. I then had another worker breach the encapsulation this fall and Carolina Mold came by and did the repair without charging me....just an example of going the extra mile to take care of a customer. Joel, Larry, and the team are extremely professional and friendly! They have a lot of combined knowledge and experience to remove any mold and they educated us on how to prevent it from returning.
