Description of Work: The sales staff Adam and John were very nice. They listened to my needs and made suggestions for two windows and a door. The blinds arrived and were installed in a timely fashion. The installers were quick, cleaned up, and were done within a short amount of time.

Description of Work: BBlinds installed cellular shades in my sunroom and plantation shutters in the upstairs front of my house. Additionally, they installed shutters in the sidelights of my entry door. This business has the most wonderful employees, who want to please their customers. Description of Work: First of all, this is NOT Budget Blinds of North Carolina. It is an entirely different franchise. I made an appointment for the sales agent (Lang Dinkins) to come to my house for an estimate and measurement. He was exactly on time, very professional and courteous. I ordered plantation shutters the next day and was told it would be approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Spot-on. They called to set up an installation date and were there exactly on time. The installers were experienced, courteous, professional and quick. This company has done almost all the shutters in this new development and I have had no one complain. I can't be happier.
