Description of Work: Pressure wash house.

Description of Work: Ray is a very honest man, but definately not a professional painter. They painted a bedroom, removed the bathroom wallpaper and painted the bathroom. There is mis-placed paint on the trim and fixtures. Ray came back but missed a lot.

Description of Work: They pressure washed the outside of our house. They removed mold and dirt. The house looked when they were finished.

Description of Work: Prior to Seal-A-Deck's arrival, we replaced all planks on the deck and pressure washed the remainder. Seal-A-Deck used the materials we purchased for a deck approximately 220 SQFT. They sprayed the deck with cleaner, stained everything, and painted the rails. I believe they made 3 to 4 visits totaling approx 6 hours to complete the job. The work was well done well.

Description of Work: Mr. Person called around the 8th asked for email address and address to check area he would work on. Never heard from him again. He did not do anything to be graded on. He is being graded on communication only.

Description of Work: He was very nice and accomadating. He came to our home to quote us a price. He quoted us a price that was twice as much as it was to have it painted a year ago. My house is 800-1000 square feet, less the 2 windows in one bedroom and doors. The house is square, not fancy. Had two more quotes and one was 500.00 cheaper and the other was 600.00 cheaper. Too high for me.

Description of Work: The service was advertised for $199.00 plus a bonus of cleaning windows and screens for a house up to 2500 square feet. The first thing I was told was that the price was a misprint (the ad should have read houses up to 1500 sq ft) and that the actual cost was $299, to which I reluctantly agreed. I was then told that windows and screens were an extra cost; he also advised that my house was much bigger that 2500 sq feet (which it isn't). He and a coworker showed up on the day expected and did a fair job (he forgot to clean one drain to my gutters). He was very cordial and was not shy about saying that he gladly welcomed tips. I would not use him again in the future.

Description of Work: Ray was right on! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me guidance along the way. He finished the job earlier than promised and had me all ready for the 4th of July! I will be calling him for future projects.

Description of Work: Painted bedroom walls and ceiling, trim, cabinetry and walls of small attached bathroom. Although he was very kind, friendly and tried to be thorough, the quality of the paint job was very poor. After he left and upon closer inspection, trim work was sloppy, a second coat should have been used on bedroom walls because could see old paint in spots and paint was dripped in tub and on other places in bathroom. He would probably be great on deck work and pressure washing but I am sorry to say I would not recommend him for painting inside the home.

Description of Work: Seal-A-Deck Home Improvements pressure washed the house and take care of some plumbing work under the sink. I had him come look at some leaks under the sink and the dishwasher.

Description of Work: I have just small jobs like a picture hung.then i have 4 lights to swap out. I purchased 2 big deals so this is 14 hours of work. I think i will find other small jobs to fill up time. He called this morning at 9:34 am asking me to text him my address and list of jobs. I Told him the main job was hanging 4 lights. and I didn't have them yet and want to scheduled in 2 weeks. NOT TODAY OR THIS WEEK. Then at 1:20 PM he calls and tells me he is on his way and was checking to see if I was home. I work for home many days, so I said ok. He brought his wife and they must have complemted me on many items in my home, and made me very uncomfortable. Then told me they had no money and have to move. Then he ask if he could have the old fixtures. I SAID NO. I have other plans for them. Then he tells me he will not have enough time to hang all 4 light. I said excuse me. It only take like 30 minutes to hang a light. but really 14 divided by 4 is== 3hours and 30 minutes apiece ????? I told him if he couldn't do it in that amount of time he needed to give me my money back. His wife jumped in and said ok, Ray let's go. And they left. I think they scouting out my home to rob. Please refund my money as fast as you recieved it. to same checking account.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking water hose on sink sprayer and replaced two light sockets on lamps in den.

Description of Work: They power washed, painted, and resealed the foundation around our house. They also pressure washed the siding.

Description of Work: Pressured washed and painted 2/1/2 story house. Pressured washed driveway and patio. Contractor had state of the art tools. Stripped wall paper from two story foyer and painted.
