This is the third time I've hired Raymond and it won't be the last. He does a bang up job, gets it done fast, and does it for a great price. He's a really nice guy to boot.

Poor quality of painting. Only did one coat and edging was bad. Drips noticed in several spots. He stated he didn't normally do indoor painting and it showed.

Seal a Deck did a competent job. I think the job could have been done with less overspray on the vinyl siding, but he did come back with cleaner the following day and tidied up. Overall, I was satisfied with the job done.

Raymond always does a great job. He's on time, he sends you pictures of his work as soon as he is done and he follows up with another call to make sure you are happy. He won't try to upsell you once he starts working either. Highly recommended.

We used a Big Deal coupon for the work. They came out and they felt that the amount of taping off and everything would be more than they had signed up for but we reached some agreement. I wouldn’t use them again. After they finished, I went around like three times and found stuff. It was like following my son. I would not describe that group as a real professional group. It was kind of like they found some guys and asked them to come and report for work.

Raymond and his helper did a good job. Would definitely use his services again.

There were additional charges that were outside of the deal that made me not want the deal right now.

On 9/17/14 I Called seal-a deck home improvements to make appointment. Told him it was a Angie list for house pressure washing. Asked if i wanted gutters done NO, & if I paid Yes, Told him the size of the house. Then he stated he would have to look at it and asked me to text my address. Set a time to do the job on Oct 7th. Call on Oct 2nd to Vai for the 7th. He said oh! your the one that wants the driveway done.No. Explained again. Asked me again if I paid & my address. Then to call and remind him the night before. For he has a lot going on. Call him back & canceled This is not a Business that I would like to deal with. Called him back and canceled. Thank_you

I inquired with the vendor after seeing a deal on Angie's List for home pressure washing, and window washing. We have just moved into the home within the past three months. After coming to the house, Raymond was nice enough to walk the entire house with me, give me some general maintenance suggestions, and most importantly talked me out of purchasing his services at this time because the house really didn't need anything done right now. Where I was noticing dirt, or discoloration in the siding in some places, I learned from Raymond that it was only left over residue from the cleaning solution from the most recent time the house was pressure washed. He certainly did not have to go out of his way to show me those things, and potentially earned future business from me based on that alone.

It went great. I paid him extra for extra work and he was a great worker

They came out and looked at our home. They let us know it going to cost more due to square footage of the home so we decided to get a refund and not use them. Eventually he did agree to give us the deal for $199 but we didn't feel comfortable using their services.

I haven't heard from him since the 7th of the month. It's been a couple weeks.

I believe well. Only time will tell if screen problems have been solved. Raymond was very conscientious regarding the problems discovered, even to the point of showing me iPhone photos. He was honest regarding the solutions and costs.

Owner was not very professional with his dealings. He did respond to calls and texts, but forgot about meetings (unless I called and confirmed). When he did finally come to take a look at the job, he wanted to add extra charges to the service that we purchased. Since we didn't have another area in the house that would qualify for the deal, we opted for a refund instead.

After I purchased the deal I never heard from them. I was able to get in touch with them on Saturday with a promise to come out on Monday but they never showed up therefore I have decided to get a refund.

It was a fairly easy job as I had prepped the room (filled holes, sanded, completely cleared room). Raymond responded by email as soon as I purchased this Big Deal. He was able to get the job done in the timeframe I requested. He got the job done quickly and it looks good. Only thing I wish I'd done was put tape over the outlets; I took off the plates and he painted over them, but most won't show. He was very personable; I would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Pearson came to my home prior to the service and assessed the extent of the project. He and his crew arrived not only on time, but several days before he had indicated that he would be able to arrive. He was professional, and his crew did a wonderful job washing my house. My back patio has never been cleaner.

Ray effectively cleaned gutters. He arrived when said he would and was enthusiastic and helpful. He.is now pressure washingmy house!

I called Mr Pearson, and told him I was interested in the special deal for $149.00. I told him I wanted the ceiling painted in my kitchen and enclosed back porch, and the walls in my kitchen. This was under 400 sq ft, as the deal stated. When he came, he stated that the deal was expired, even though Angies List said six more days. He offered to do the job for $275.00, but that is not what I called for, so I did not accept the job. He wanted to do the whole kitchen, but I was going to do the trim and cabinetst myself. If the special deal was contingent on doing more work at regular price, it should state that in the deal. I was disappointed in the outcome.

Raymond was working alone, but quite efficiently, he had no problem with it not being leaves. It took him about 4 hours. He did not waste any time. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. My husband and I were happy with the way he left the area and had no problem with paying an extra $250.

My house looked great when he was finished. He also did the patio which looked so much better.

I signed up for a pressure washing deal. Raymond called within two days. The house was my mother's house in Sparttanburg.. He went by that day and called me about the work i wanted. Besides the house I wanted the screened in Porch, driveway and concrete in front of the house. We agreed on an additional $275 for the additional work. The work was done within a week and the job was excellent. The driveway looked almost new and the house looked outstanding. One side of the house had like a mold on it and it too looked good, Additionally all the gutters were washed and sprayed. I have some other work to be done around the house and I plan on letting Raymond bid on that work.
