Description of Work: Mark (owner) recommended an excellent painter for my guest room. After this first step, he made panels for the lower half of the wall. This year, Mark did an analysis of repair work needed after a major leak from above the ceiling in the master bedroom. His report provided clear evidence as a rebuttal against the Chicora HOA accusation. I would call him before anyone else! It exceeded my expectations, Mark is a perfectionist. It's one of the first things visitors comment on. I trust his advice and know the quality of any job he completes.

Description of Work: Tiled about 600 s.f. of a condo. It was an extensive job, removing carpet/re-routing wiring, making tough judgments about uneven edges; we also asked for much decorative tile. The job is beautiful. Despite having several issues in the process, he stuck exactly to his original estimate and did not charge for the additional labor that was unanticipated.

 + -1 moreI crawled up the ladder to fix this myself, but chickened out due to the pitch of the roof. Angie's list pointed me to Master, so I called. He had just finished one job and had an hour or so before the start of the next. Fifteen minutes later he was in my drive, and fifteen minutes later he was done. Nice guy, professional, and reasonably priced.
