They were responsive. They have provided the information we've asked for in a timely manner but I can't attest to work being done because it hasn't been done.

Long's was responsive and worked us into their schedule quickly. They did a thorough job on the house and we were pleased with the results. Our neighbors even noticed how clean the house was. We will definitely use them again.

I heard the rave reviews for Long's Painting in my neighborhood, so I decided I would use them. Mr. Long came out approximately early December and gave me what I felt was a fair quote. He told me that his company was backed up and that it would be after the first of the year before he could get to me, which was fine as I was not in a big hurry. Well.....the first of the year came and I gave him a few weeks into the month then called. I got his voicemail and left a message. Two weeks went by with no returned call, so I called again and left another message. Again NO courtesy shown to me with a call back to explain. I decided that he must not want my business and moved on to another company who has come in and professionally painted my home. I was truly disappointed in Jamie Long and will not recommend him to anyone that is looking for a reputable painter!!!!

I initially contacted Longs Painting to Pressure Wash my house roof line area and my pavers. These areas were quite dirty. The company came to my house the day before and looked over the job and provided me with a reasonable cost estimate. Some additional cleaning fluid had to be used to ensure that all of the bug stains were successfully removed. The Company showed up at the scheduled time to pressure wash my pavers and house roof area. They did an excellent job because all stains were removed. In fact, I have never these areas look so clean. They did the work for exactly what their cost estimate stated. They were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Longs again.

Mr. Jamie Long'd crew was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after their work. We can hardly wait to have them come again, as soon as we have saved enough to ask for Mr. Long's estimate for the work we need done.

All went very well. These guys are hard workers, never saw them slack off once. Very professional and friendly. This property needs restaining about every five years. Will definitely employ them again five years from now. Price was as quoted, no ups or extras. Just feel that all "service work" is overpriced nowadays.

first day were very professional. second day was a Friday and they couldn't wait to leave and did not clean up very well. used something on my hard wood floors which caused greasy marks which were hard to get rid of

I REALLY WAS JUST LOOKING FOR JAMIE'S ESTIMATE, BUT AS JAMIE CONTINUED, I REALIZED THAT THIS WAS A REALLY RESPONSIBLE LEADER WHO MEANT BUSINESS. ONLY HIS BEST EFFORT WOULD BE ACCEPTED. I HIRED JAMIE ON THE SPOT,AND I DID NOT MAKE A MISTAKE.

We were satisfied with them. They painted several rooms and lot of woodwork. They were clean, careful, fast, and competent. The people who came to work were really nice.

House looks brand new! Good price for the size of house. Very professional and fast response.

They were awesome. They came out and gave me a quote. They were very honest with what they gave me. They guaranteed their work, but I didn?t go with them only because of the price. The owner of the company was very friendly and military oriented. I was trying to get the work done in a short amount of time. I had a turnaround where I had to be in California and I had to do this work in a short amount of time. So he was willing to do everything. They were willing to come in and meet the deadlines that I had. I would definitely use their services in the future.

It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Impressively responsive and professional. Called on Tuesday morning. Estimate given on Tuesday afternoon, job completed on Wednesday. Some unusual painting requests, including "pickling" of wood paneling. Everything done on time as requested. A great value.

They did an excellent job. They even came back when we asked them to. They were good. Their price was comparable to everybody else that we checked. It was reasonable. They were professional and on time.

These guys were outstanding! After getting two other estimates, we went with Long's because of the price and the time needed to complete the job. The other "painters" said it would take two weeks to complete the job and wanted a LOT more money. Long's Painting said that the job, once the staining was started, would take 1 day (and that was for 2 complete coats). They arrived at 7:30 AM this morning (as they had told us yesterday) and finished at around 2 PM. Unbelievable! And our house looks great....... Before they left, the foreman asked us to have a walk around the house with him to make sure that everything was to our liking. This included pointing out anything that we felt wasn't done properly (whether it was missed spots, stain drips on the windows and gutters). Needless to say, everything was as it was supposed to be. Again, these guys were outstanding; I would recommend them to anyone!

Started at 8:00 AM and finished by noon, came back the next day to touch up. There weren't any paint drops on the floor when they finished, they use drop cloths, they sand, fill holes in the wall and cleaned up after the painting was finished. You would barely know they had been in the unit. The crew came in and left, without any complaints from other tenants. I would highly recommend the company. I am a property manager and use Longs Painting exclusively in all the rental units and have also used them in my home with excellent results. I have also used them to power wash buildings and my home. They are prompt, hard working and strive for customer satisfaction.
