I am a 76 yr old female living alone. When taking the job Jamie said his crew would move furniture off deck into the yard. Because I had used Long before, I made the mistake of paying Jamie on a Friday afternoon. He said he would come back next day to complete job by moving furniture back onto the deck. He did not come; did not call. Needless to say, I had to struggle all day to drag furniture onto the deck and rely on others who would assist me. I am very .disappointed in Jamie Long and would not use him again.

The service was good and the work was done very well. They were prompt and were on time for the work.

I want to take the time to let you know what an excellent job you did on the exterior painting of our home. We did not experience a second of down time. Living out of town (Ohio) and having you keeping us up-to-date daily was greatly appreciated. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors as to how nice our home looks! I called Long's Painting twice to give me an estimate to remove wallpaper and paint the kitchen in my condo but never received a return phone call. I can't comment on the work, never had any work done.

By far the best painting contractor that I have ever used. Just wish that Jamie had an office in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. Entire showed up in the morning and worked through the day to complete the paint job.

They were very prompt, arrived 10 minutes before they were scheduled and brought a whole crew of 9 and they worked both days to complete the job. Jamie came with them on Monday to make sure they had all the colors correct and where to put them. He also came back at the end to make sure everything was complete and clean. They were very neat and cleaned up behind themselves. I was very impressed with the details.

Jamie Long was very professional and well spoken. He gave me confidence in the services to be performed. Communication was good. I was not able to be there during the painting. I arrived at the condo a few days after completion and was quite disappointed at the sloppiness especially since the Angie's List ratings were very good. Found overspray on door hinges, area behind range was not painted, wall paint on ceilings, paint on my camp chair and hose spray, paint on ceiling fixture in bathroom etc. I called Jamie and he sent a crew to fix the issues. They worked about 4 hours to fix the issues. I gave a D rating because at the end the job was ok. Two other issues were the price and no discount for the Angie List referral. Jamie did tell me there would be a 40% up charge if multiple coats were required but he was confident we would only need one coat. He charged me an additional $1000 for an extra coat of paint. While some walls may have required two coats, I am sure everything was not painted twice. Also he advertises a 5% discount for Angie's List referral that I did not receive. I hate giving bad reviews but felt it necessary to share my experience.

Long's has been used by our HOA for at least the six years that I have owned in our development. Continued use of his services is a strong indication that we are quite pleased with his work. He works within our limited budget and the only thing affecting his punctuality is the weather. His workers are very conscientious and neat in their work.

The workman was very professional and did a complete job. He several times verified with me that I was satisfied with each portion of the job as he completed it. I could not have been happier with his work and the completed job.

Quick and efficient. Came as scheduled.

This provider is one we have been proud to call on for a number of years. On this reviewed occasion, the services were limited to pressure-washing and THIS WAS THE BEST PRESSURE WASHING EVER!! One other occasions Long's Painting has performed interior painting and pressure washing for our home, and we wouldn't call any other contractor!

It was a simple painting job, done on time and well. I gave a B in professionalism because I had to ask the crew to clean up a small amount of debris they left in the garage, but when I asked, it was done without complaint.

Jamie called the day before to confirm the appointment. He and his crew member arrived on time and began work immediately. The crew was polite and did a very good job. When the job was finished, they walked with us around the house to ensure the work was to our satisfaction. We saw no issues. They offered to return to clean any areas if we see any places that need extra cleaning after their departure. We will definitely use Long Painting again.

This is the second year we've had Long's power wash our vacation home. They did a wonderful job at a fair price. I will definitely use them again next year and am considering some paint work.

Their expertise was great and they finished in 6 hours. They were both professional and friendly and were also very knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend them to others.

Was always responsive to phone calls and with setting up a date and time to give me an estimate as well as do perform the service. Was very helpful with information and checked up with me after the service was done to make sure I was happy.

We requested Mr. Long provide us with an estimate (no charge) for work we needed done. On the date of service they showed up promptly and on time, and went right to work. No one stopped working until the job was complete.My husband asked for another resistant spot or two, and also asked them to move a couple of items back into the screened porch. Mr. Jamie Long and anyone who works with him are people you are proud to have at your home, and if they were not so doggone busy, you'd want to ask them to stay for dinner.

Crew of 7 men arrived on promised date and time and moved furniture and covered as needed and painted 3 rooms and finished same day.every thing was put back in place. Great job
