Be prepared for a long time from contract signing to actual work start date. Work was quick and excellent, once started, only drawback was the amount of roofing nails i'm finding in the yard. (2 in my shoe) plus others i spotted. Would have been good to sweep the area with a magnet, since they are so hard to spot.

Exterior Genie was extremely helpful dealing with my insurance company when the insurance company's adjuster understated my roof damage claim after a tropical storm. With Exterior Genie's expertise and certifications, they were able to demonstrate to the insurance company that my roof could not be 'spot' repaired and needed to be replaced. The crew that did the roofing was professional and courteous, and the finished project looks great! They also repaired a few areas of siding that had come loose during the storm, and those areas look great as well.

Exterior Genie did estimate on cost and time to replace roof shingles. They got to worksite at 7 am and worked until 7 the first day. Finished up the next day. Great people on the crew. I would recommend them highly. Exterior Genie site crew did not let issues slow them down. They solved issues the right way and kept going. I was and still am impressed with the work done. Attitudes were great.
