According to the Exterior Genie rep Justin, the job was supposed to take about 3-4 hours. I watched the entire job and timed it at 33 minutes from start to finish. Upon completion, I noticed that the new vent was installed incorrectly, which necessitated a return trip to correct the installation. Due to the short time the job took, I asked Justin for a discount on the repair. I received a text from the owner stating that if I didn't pay for the job immediately, he would put a lien on my house. I then paid immediately. On or about Sept. 26, a storm came through and blew the repaired shingles off the roof. I contacted Justin the next day, and numerous times after that, to ask if they would come out and repair their repair. He repeatedly said they would come out and repair the damage. He verbally asserted at the time of the contract that they (EG) would warrant the repair for 2 years. I read the contract after the storm damage, and it stated that repairs were not warranted at all. Given the shoddy repair and lack of trust in EG, I contacted another, more reputable roofing contractor to replace the entire roof for $16,000. This was done on October 11, 2024.

It took them 5 mos to do the roof, because of crappy service we got additional interior water damage from Hurricane. I was assured that the roofers would be certified and trained, they can't even speak english. The roofers neglected to cover our NEW AC and they threw shingles on top and damaged cover and dirt inside. If you call and they are trying to put you off they know your number and just ignore you, I spoke to the owner today about the AC, he was demeaning and hungup on me. They are HACKS!

Work was acceptable, but communication and progress on my repairs after the were payed was lacking considerable.

They came and looked at the problem and fixed it - I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them

Showed up on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after installing the roof. I would hire them again anytime.

Did my roof in one day. Super nice. Excellent cleanup. Would highly recommend them. Very family friendly.

When the actual work got done it was great. Customer service was terrible, very unresponsive and when you actually speak with someone they are very rude.

Told me the job could be done for what insurance was paying, but then charged me thousands more above and beyond, which came out of my pocket. I knew I would pay extra for the *extras*; that I wanted, but this was on top of that. Work quality was only so-so with some concerns left unaddressed. Be sure to get a FIRM/IN WRITING AND SIGNED agreement before you hire this company. Buyer beware.

Their representative inspected my roof and supposedly found hail damage. But the State Farm rep refuted that claim saying it was nail holes and heat blisters causing my roof to leak. They refused the claim and will not pay.

They promise things that they do not deliver and I have read many bad reviews regarding the same problem and I do not recommend this company also they do not clean after work, our insurance told us that they do not respect the contract, try to change it and charge more.

Was ok experience. Had to correct couple of problems but they did to my satisfaction. They ran magnet twice an I still picked up 26 nails one day after flat, an another 31 after 2nd flat. After 5 flats (2-truck; 3-lawnmower) finally got them all. I Hope! Make sure you understand if they resubmit to insurance additional items. (Even if say “if Ins. doesn’t pay you want have to worry”. If Insurance doesn’t pay). You will be billed for those items. Make sure you understand this fact. Work was quick and looks great. They used top quality products, with good warranty. I would use again if needed another roof.

We are so glad we hired this company to roof our house! They totally inspected the damage with a drone, worked with our insurance company for our benefit, sent an efficient crew out to work, and cleaned up the whole area around the house. Very professional and personable people!

The efforts made to get the insurance company to cover more than they otherwise would have was great, and the workers stayed at the job relentlessly, covering shrubs and picking up any mess made, completing the job in two days. All were nice to deal with.

I signed a contract on 7-6-20 I told the contractor Mike Baker that I wanted to be home when they started the process. I received a message to pick out the color shingles on 10-6-20 ,I was never told that the roofers were coming out the next day... Got home from work they were halfway finished...I called Mike to ask him why was I not told that they were starting the roof repairs, he said he did not know they were starting today,but be thankful Tonya, I said thanks, he said yes thankful that you are getting your roof repaired and you are breathing... I was shocked!!! I told him as I walked around the house I noticed the roof above the garage looks as if it is not laying down... he asked me if I know anything about roofing, I said no, but I can see something is not right. He said those the guys have done thousands of roofs and they know what they are doing. Come to find out they did not really know what they were doing, they took my satellite down no local television station for two days, when they did put it back up ..it was no signal.. text Mike to tell him I had no signal, he says **call your satellite provider**, but yet they charged the insurance company for alignment and calibration $89.60 I Called the office to complain about the unpleasant professionalism from Mike. Two days later I got a phone call from someone else Ebben Aley, requesting payment for work that was done,I asked him how was he trying to collect money for a job that is not complete, he said they were finished and we are not doing anything on the inside until we are paid. I proceeded to tell him my concern on the damages that were done, shingles over the garage not laying right, satellite provider had to replace the satellite and while he was tightening it up he realizes it would not tightening the way it was supposed to, do to something going on with the plywood. Ebben tells me I need to fill it with my insurance company. I also ask him about the patch of grass they burn when they waste gas on it from the generator, and the window screen they torn from the ladder... He tells me that grass grows back and the window screen was worn from depreciation, Not to mention when they finish the roof the next day they wipe the side of the house with something that discolored the siding, there again he did not want to take any blame...But yet want to charge me late charges..and put a lien on my house and they just fixed the roof yesterday 10-30-20 and still waiting on the window screen to be returned. But yet Ebben claim he did an inspection on the house when they finish, if he did it was done while I was not home...

I did not have a good experience.

Incomplete follow through on work. Has not returned screen damaged during roof removal and re-installation. Still finding nails in the yard that was not cleared up with a magnet. The crew did repair damage caused to outdoor water spigot after several attempts. Roofing debris that was sweep into an exterior gutter has resulted in a leak near the top bend in the gutter. This process did not go as smoothly as anticipated.
