Description of Work: I contacted this company and they took my information stating their call me back and never did. I find that to be very unprofessional and will never contact them again for any service. If they can't return a phone call, I can't see relying on them to get the job done

Description of Work: I can only speak to Teri's honesty. She came to do a quote. She saw some problems in the home that kept her from being able to do the job. I was impressed with her knowledge and honesty. If we get around to doing some tile work on another project I will surely call her back.

Description of Work: This company gutted by bathroom shower and floor completely down to the studs and joists. They reinforced all joists prior to closing in area, replumbed, then completely sheetrocked and waterproofed the walls and floor, then in design discussions with me layed custom marble designed floors, walls, and ceilings. Then when vanity cabinet and granite washbowl arrived they returned to custom install cabinet and put in a custom designed counter, backsplash, and partially sunked surface mount granite sink with a lovely faucet at a jaunty angle. The contractor, Teri, was kind, patient, professional and worked hard to incorporate my ideas into the bathroom renovation as well as offering suggestions. Additionally, she had suggestions for whom to contact for shower glass walls and door. This contractor does exceptionally fine work and can be trusted to work in your home whether you are there or not. They were sensitive to putting my house in order at the end of each work day, showed up when they said they were going to, and successfully achieved everything I asked for and more. I couldn't be happier.

Description of Work: I learned about Teri's Tile through Angie's List, and am so glad that I did. Teri returned my initial call within 24 hours and was at my home a few days later to talk with me about the work. Although I had an idea of what I wanted, she helped me to visualize the finished project and made suggestions that would enhance the area to be tiled and enhance the overall attractiveness of the room. When I wanted to mix tile sizes for contrast and interest, she was willing to accept the challenge, although it meant extra work and time. The project turned out great, and I am very pleased that it created the effect that I wanted. This was a small project for Teri, but she was just as eager to make me happy as she would have been if it had been much larger. She and her installer, Chris, take great pride in their work, and they are very particular about it being done right. They took no short cuts in laying out the tile for the best effect and applied the grout carefully so that it further defined the beauty of the tile. When the project was finished, it was a work of art. I would definitely recommend Teri's Tile to anyone needing new tile installation or repair. It was so good to work with people who truly enjoy what they do.

Description of Work: I was recommended to Teri by a friend. I didn't get any other estimates for this job because my friends word was golden to me. I had a new spa bathroom created for myself off of my master bathroom. She installed the travertine tile on the walls and floor. I have an older home, the ceilings are 9 foot tall, I picked out a specific crown molding for the shower. The walls are not flat, so she had run into a bit of a problem with the crown molding, but she was able to work this out without extra charge. I also tiled a small dry sink that will hold my vessel sink at no extra charge, Teri applied the thin set and the glass tile and epoxy grout! I also had her install a glass block shower enclosure and smaller version toilet enclosure.
