Description of Work: Arrived as scheduled with materials needed to do the work and promptly went to work after outlining the work which was to be done. Kept us informed as work progressed. Description of Work: I had to replace the compressior, resister, and fan motor on a heat pump Mislands installed only 2 1/2 year ago. the parts were covered under warrenty, however I has to pay over $1,000 in labor!

Description of Work: tech walked in without putting on shoe covers and when he left the entire first floor and rugs were covered with mud. we called multiple times to see what could be done but no offers were made to fix the situation.

Description of Work: The salesman-or comfort advisor as the business card states-was professional and thorough and even offered to correct a mistake that was made on another AC installation at no charge. The technicians came at the time promised and, when I told them of some work promised by the salesman who gave me the price quote that wasn't on their work sheet, they did the work willingly without griping. Their attitudes were outstanding and their work exemplary. I would highly recommend Midlan Air for anyone looking for a new system.
