Outstanding customer service! I was given several options to consider during initial phone consultation. James arrived on time as scheduled to complete estimate. Ronnie did an excellent job removing the old one and installing the new one. Pleasantly surprised that they were able to complete this job on the same day, 7 hours from initial call to completion.

James was able to replace the faucet at a reasonable price. He was friendly, easy to get in touch with and showed up when he said he would. The bottom line is that he got the job done. Also, I got a discount on his base service call price by telling him I found his name on Angie's List.

I used this company once before so I knew I was getting professionals. The cost was less than I expected and they took the time to explain things as they went. No added cost everything was up front.

I called James (the owner) and he got in touch with his technician Daniel David who came out immediately to fix our problem. He also checked out a problem we have with the bathtub and did a quick fix on that as well. This is the 2nd time we've used this company, both times for an emergency, and we couldn't have asked for better service. And just FYI, they also give a military veteran's discount which is always a plus and is also always greatly appreciated.

My initial contact was good, even though it took a couple of days for a response. I asked to purchase the deal for a Kohler toilet and described other work that was needed which would take two trips: the first to remove the old commode and lavatory, and the second to replace the lavatory and install the new toilet. In the interim, a new floor was installed. I was quoted a slightly higher cost for the commode because the deal was out of date (but still posted) and given a reasonable approximate cost for the other work and two visits. When the installer came (also a principle in the company) he 'strongly suggested' a different commode, which I ultimately agreed to at a cost of only about $15 more. Upon removing our lavatory, he suggested that I could buy a new lavatory in a cabinet and it would cost less to install, but I determined not to do that as it was not in our plan. When he returned to place the new commode, he was visibly upset that the commode was not already on site, stating he thought his partner would have had it there. He left to go get the commode, came back and installed it and the lavatory. He did an excellent job of the work. Upon completion, he provided me with a bill that was approximately $200 more than previously quoted. When I asked why it was so much more, he stated he had written it up the estimate when he came the first time, but forgot to give me the updated quote. The work he did was uncomplicated and no additional floor work or rims were needed (which I had been told would drive up the cost). I paid him, but later emailed the co-owner to complain and state that I should have (at least) been provided with a written quote due to the difference and stated what I have here. This owner determined to offer me a $150 refund, which I accepted because I thought it fair. Because of this, and because their work was good, I contacted them several weeks later for a much larger plumbing job. He said he would call me back. As it turned out, it actually led to having all of our copper plumbing replaced with PVC, but I didn't use Freedom because they never called me back after our conversation when I explained I had additional work. Again, their work was good and I would have used them again, but do not blame them if they did not want to work with me due to the billing issues.

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed. I called several numbers from here on Angieslist before I called Freedom. I had a bit of an odd situation that I wanted done (not a repair). Some of the other plumbers didn't want to give me a time of day since it was a slightly unusual job. When James answered the phone, I was relieved. First, he took the time to talk to me about my needs and ideas. He helped me think it through and we set an appointment. When the technician arrived this morning he clearly understood what was needed and had all the right parts. He knocked the job out and everything works great! He was super professional and kind, and now I have what I wanted. I'm very impressed with Freedom Plumbing and I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

James set up the appointment and before sending anyone out, asked about the location of the toilet and access to better prepare for the job. Daniel came out 2 days later to replace the flange. He gave us a price upfront and worked steadily until done, with covers on his shoes each time he came in from the outside. I don't know how many people enjoy their experience with a plumber but I did. Daniel was very pleasant; a guy you'd gladly invite to the house even if he wasn't the plumber.

James is fantastic! I called at 9:30pm on a Friday night and he was out at the house the next day on a Saturday morning at 8:30am! Very professional, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend.

Very Pleased with work and price. They were fast and professional, they took the time to answer all of my questions. I made arrangements with James to call before they came out, we agreed on around 2 pm. I got a call at 12.02 p.m. saying they were on there way. They evaluated the problem and gave me a couple of solutions to fix the issue and got right to work, no wasting time. This might seem like a simple fix to some but to those like me who are not plumbers it is a big deal to have someone who knows what they are doing and cares to do it right.

It now runs like a charm. Highly recommend!

Freedom did a total pipe replacement under the home which included the main coming under the crawl space. They also replaced several fixtures as well. This is an independent, small company which is what I prefer for home jobs of any kind. They have great reviews on Home Advisor, Angie's List and the BBB. James and Daniel are the best and if you want entertainment just hang out with them while they work...quite funny at times but always professional in performing their work. They are very methodical with their work and the quality is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Technician was on time, courteous, and professional.

He examined it and said that the insides needed to be replaced. He came out and took care of it. It was running and making a funny sound after that and he came right back out to check it. He took another look and replaced the innards he had put in and explained it all to me.

James was outstanding!! There was a little snafu with the original coupon purchase but he more than made up for it. He was right on time, called before he came and gave outstanding service. I will definitely use him again! And I would definitely recommend him!!

This is the nicest, smartest, most helpful person I have ever been lucky enough to call. I called to get an appointment but he was unable to come that day. My problem was not an emergency but he spent 20 minutes on the phone walking me through how to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Told me to call his cell if I had any questions and he would help me. He would also try to come by at his first break. The problem was exactly what he said....pressure valve. He analyzed the problem and diagnosed it quickly and gave me clear guidance on how to check the diagnosis, what my possible findings might be and the solutions. All this for a total stranger over the phone. I look forward to having him do any future plumbing work I may need.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed by Freedom Plumbing. Both James and Daniel were very professional and knowledgeable, as well as very friendly and easy to talk to. They explained everything they were going to do so that I understood and provided a quote before starting the job. They were careful not to bring dirt in the house and cleaned up everything when they were done. They made sure I was satisfied with their work. They had to adapt the garbage disposal I bought to work without a separate outlet without a complaint, getting it to work perfectly. They were very willing to work with my schedule as well. Originally they came out to install the sink, etc... but the sink I'd ordered arrived damaged. They were able to go ahead though and fix a leak in my shower, replace a shower head and faucet. Reasonable price. Recently I called them with an emergency plumbing job - flood in my guest bath, as well as a less serious leaking issue with the master bath toilet. Daniel came out very quickly after my call and helped me stop the leaks. The shutoff had to be replaced involving cutting into the dry wall behind the toilet. This uncovered another issue - a lose dryer vent. So once the dryer vent is fixed and the drywall is repaired, they will come back to finish up, putting my toilet back. They would not accept payment until the job was totally finished. They offer lots of suggestions and options to help you, but do not pressure you into anything. Would highly recommend this company!

James was on time for our appointment. Was dressed professionally and insisted on wearing cloth covers for his shoes prior to entering my house. He handed me his card as soon as I opened the door and introduced himself and his partner. They both were very polite and explained exactly what they would need to do and gave me a price quote for the work needed. The work was done quickly and efficiently.
