They missed my call but responded with a text that they were on a job but would contact me as soon as possible. The plumber who came was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem that only required a simple fix on my end. I would recommend them to others.

They did come. I think I missed out on how I was suppose to pay them, so I just paid whatever they charged me. They did come though. They were on point, they did come, so I’d give them an A for coming. I think it was ok. I don’t know if you can grade a cost. They didn’t do much.They were on time, they did come. Yes, I would use them again, of course that would be if we have a better understanding. It was fine. It was ok. They could have fixed that pipe, but it’s fine, it’s ok.

They found that the flanges in my house were installed below the floor. They install new flanges at the correct height. They cleared a stoppage in the drain for one of the toilets. They did a great job. I asked them to give me an estimate on additional work.

Freedom Plumbing replaced the piping like they said they would.

Appointment was for 9:00, James was knocking at the door as my clock chimed 9 (when does that happen?). Very pleased with his service, will definitely call him again when the need arises. I found him through Angie' List and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

They have been friendly, punctual, thorough, and service oriented both times. I can't recommend them highly enough. For example, while installing a new faucet for me, James called the faucet maker company since the parts did not sit flush well. He could have left it without mentioning it. Instead, a persistent call to the company resulted in having a FREE faucet sent out to replace the defective one. Prices are reasonable too! Hire them and get it done right by guys who care.

This is the third time that we've used them for various repairs and I've been 100% satisfied with their work. Their fees are upfront and very reasonable. Daniel has been great to work with. If you want to have a positive experience when you have some plumbing needs, call these folks. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are the only plumbing company that I will use. I needed them to reconnect my kitchen sink and I must say that dealing with Freedom Plumbing was the easiest part of my kitchen remodeling. They were reasonable, helpful (even when I forgot to purchase the drain- they brought one for me), they were very professional.
