Description of Work: The plumber evaluated my pipes, replaced a plastic spigot with a metal one. He also replaced broken pipes near my water heater. I spent $200 above the Angie's list coupon for $200, so the total cost was $400. This gentleman was professional and explained all of the issues and options for resolving them. He was great!

Description of Work: Replaced customer supplied faucet in kitchen. Replaced valves on showers in two bathrooms. Replaced parts on bathroom sink to stop dripping faucet. Mr. Carwell was very professional, friendly and patient. He ran into a few surprises along the way, which caused the project to take longer than he expected; however, he charged the same amount that he had quoted up front. He was a pleasure deal with and I will certainly use him again for other plumbing issues.

Description of Work: I originally bought the "deal" to have my garbage disposal replaced. Just a day or two before James was to arrive, the toilet in the master bath started having problems. James worked diligently to replace the disposal and the toilet on the same day. He worked with me to keep my costs down, exploring all available options. I could not have asked for a more professional and conscientious service provider. James is now my plumber for life. I am happily giving him my highest rating.
