Description of Work: The Closet Factory was excellent! They installed custom made cabinets in my laundry room, that are as beautiful as they are functional. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Install 3 full wall closets. Corners of shelf separators are sharp. Glued on edges are separating.

Description of Work: They designed and installed closet storage systems in a walkin closet in our bedroom and in the kitchen pantry. The systems were installed when they said they were going to do it at the quoted price. My wife and I are thrilled with the way the work came out. I would highly recommend Closets By Timm.

Description of Work: My master bedroom has a walk in closet off the master suite; spacious but in need of organization. The Closet Factory came in and designed my closet utilizing every square inch of space. The quality is excellent and the installer was precise in his construction and very clean. I am pleased with the results.

Description of Work: The product was very good, the person doing the work was very professional and efficient. He was here promptly went to work immediately and finished in the time stated to me. I did have a question when done and she told me to contact the sales rep. She never called to see how the job went or if I was satisfied or had any questions. When she made the sale she said she usually goes to the customer's house on day of installation. I know things get busy and there is no guarantee however I feel the sales person should have called at least to see if i was satisfied. Thank you.

Description of Work: This is the third time (5th closet) I have used the Closet Factory. Always happy with the quality of work and their punctuality. Since they use all their own labor, it took them six weeks to start the job but only took a few hours to complete the work. It is worth the wait.

Description of Work: The Closet Factory customize my master bedroom closet. I moved in my new home and told the builder not to install anything (railing for hanging cloths) inside my closet. I am very pleased with the final product (shelves, drawers, valet rods). I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Bill Reid came out and looked at both closets, listened to what our ideas were and made suggestions. After agreeing on a design, Closet Factory removed the two existing 50-year old wall closet interiors and then built on-site and installed shelves and hanging rods. All this while we were at work. Came home to two beautiful larger closets (it appears) that hold twice as much as they had originally. We had absolutely no problems with the installation and they were attentive to any questions we had. Would definitely use them again without hesitation.
