Salesperson (Beth Rivers) was extremely patient making multiple revisions to the layout before I made the decision to purchase. Installation was completed as scheduled.

Closet Factory sent a team to inspect the space and take measurements and then provide options for materials and layout. They used a nice computer program to show how everything would look with the correct measurements and materials selected. The installation took place on time and on the day it was supposed to. The finished product was as specified and looks good. We're happy with the service we received.

FABULOUS!! We had had a local Closet Factory franchisee install our cabinets eight years ago. And we were very happy until recently, when the cabinets began to pull away from the wall. The original franchisee was no longer in business; BUT Closet Factory of South Carolina honored the warranty and fixed our cabinets so that they are just as good as new---and refused to let us pay for it! They said they wanted to honor the warranty! We are pleased beyond measure. Closet Factory of South Carolina is a high-quality, VERY high ethics, customer-focused firm. We highly recommend them to anyone considering additional space/cabinets/closet organization for your house.

Bill and his team are terrific! Always professional and a tremendous help in designing what solution we wanted and needed. The installation teams are prompt, efficient, professional, and have great attention to detail. Love the various solutions....things are so much more organized and we have such wonderful usage of what was formerly wasted space.

The first of three projects was the design and installation a closet system to replace a standard shelf and single rod closet. Every available space is finally usable, from floor to ceiling. The next project were a built-in bookcase and cabinet in a bedroom alcove and a similar built-in bookcase to replace a free standing bookcase. The design process was great. My suggestions for changes were met and I am completely satisfied with the outcome of all three projects.

It’s unbelievable what they can do! The doors are gorgeous and the closets are really cool! I love my closets. The install guys were just wonderful! They were very fast and actually a pleasure to have in my home. The cost was $7,400 which was very reasonable because the closets are large with 9 foot ceilings. They didn't use real wood and everyone is amazing because it doesn't look fake. It’s very, very solid. House guest are always impressed. It’s well worth looking into. They were so much better than going to a box store. They have multiple color samples and hardware styles to choose from for the customized touch. They made it very convenient and the end result was better.

We have been very pleased with them. The whole process took about two weeks. I like the quality of their product. The designers who come and configure the space with you are true professionals. They are very service oriented and willing to work with different price points.

We chose to not go with them mostly because of the price and because our trim carpenter was able to give us more for our money. They had a better design with materials for less money. The woman we spoke to was very professional and nice, but the trim carpenter was already working with our builders so it was easier.

This last experience was not positive. We were very happy with them under the former ownership. It looks like they got a new owner and it just wasn't the same. They took a lot of our time and didn't do as good of a job. We talked about it for very long time with the designers, yet the outcome was not as we liked.

It was great! I can't think of how they could have improved the experience. The completed the work in roughly a day, probabaly less than a day.

They were excellent! They sent out the designer several times actually and then the installer. The experience was great. I may hire them to do work on the inside of my home.

It was very good! They did excellent work. The designer that came out thoroughly listened to me. I ended up with a design that I really appreciate and I'm comfortable with. Some of them were odd spaces, but that wasn't a problem for them. The installer was great too! He cleaned up well. Their pricing was well worth it!

Worked with Gretchen and she was very friendly and personal. Made the process very smooth.

Everything was perfect from order thru installation. Gretchen even helped me move my clothes before installation and following installation. I was recovering from back surgery.

Overall they did a great job, had good quality services and cleaned up behind their work.

Really well. It looked really nice, It was a large room so i decided to turn it in to storage clothe walk in closet. very convenient and looks really pretty, they did really a very good job they were professional, they made their designer come in ,she made a plan and showed me what the plan was, she actually came a couple of times i thought she really did a good job, it took me quite a while to get them because they were really busy but they did the whole job in one day. The only thing negative i can say is that they are really expensive. but you really get what you paid for.
