It Seems absurd that a member can write a review of a company such as mine and simply rate it a C without EVER USING THE SERVICE !.. the review clearly states that they NEVER used my services. Excellent!
Description of Work: I searched Angie's list for someone with an excellent rating as well as work on a weekend. I was so pleased to say that my phone call was returned within minutes abd the next day he came and corrected the problem. The price was very reasonable and the service excellent. I would definitely call ASAP if there is another problem with my doors.

They were pretty good. He was quick and very efficient. He was here for about 30 minutes and did the job, and overall, it was a good experience. I have no comparison or reference point for the pricing.

This guy is really great. I've used him more than once, and he always arrives when he says he will, works quickly, and charges appropriately. I highly recommend using him.

Kevin with ASAP was prompt, curteous, prfessionaly and honest. He did a great job and I highly recommend him for price, quick service and workmanship.
Description of Work: I called about 10 in the morning and described my problem which was most likely the alignment of the photo eyes at the bottom on each side. Kevin offered to walk me through the fix and save myself a service call, but I had been wanting the door "tuned up" anyway so he agreed to come late in the day or the next day. He called and then arrived about 4:30 the same day.. He was able to fix the problem and then went about getting my door tuned up. He made sure is was closing correctly and fully and he oiled the hinges and spring and now my door is so quiet. He offered me the choice to replace my spring as that is the most common service call he gets and mine was up in years, but he did not pressure me at all to do it and I decided to hold off for now since I park one vehicle outside all the time anyway. Kevin knew his business and he was very thorough and particular that ALL the squeaks were out of the door. He helped me change the opener code and got my wall mounted buttons to light up which they never had. Don't fall for couplons and gimmicks - just go with ASAP and you will have no regrets.

We've used Kevin numerous times over the years and I am delighted to give him a good recommendation. He has replaced garage door panels when they've rotted, fixed the doors when our young teenage drivers decided to back out of the garage without opening the door first (twice!!). He has also done preventive maintenance that, in the end, has saved us thousands of dollars in damage to our cars. He suggested running cables through the door springs to prevent the springs from doing damage to our cars if the springs snapped. One evening, while eating dinner, we heard this loud "snap" sound in the garage. One of the springs had broken. Had it not been tethered with a cable it would have ricocheted off our cars causing considerable damage. Kevin comes out quickly, does a good job, and leaves everything neat and clean when he is done. Ever since our first experience with him I've never even considered calling anyone else. Thank you Kevin for having a great work ethic.
Description of Work: The chain derailed on our garage door opener resulting in the garage door being stuck. Kevin got the door back on track, put in a new stop and got the door working again.
