Kevin not only fixed the broken cable but also the pulleys that were in the process of breaking. In addition to helping extend the life of my current doors, he also fixed a lock, gave me ideas how to address broken panels and repair a broken piece of plate glass. The work was done quickly, efficiently and above and beyond what I hoped for--especially in the form of advice.

I called at 10am on a Saturday morning and Kevin came out within 3 hours. He diagnosed the probable cause, made the needed adjustments, fixed the cable and lubricated all moving parts. I was very pleased with this service.

I e-mailed him and we spoke over the phone. I was given a quote and told that since my installation wasn't an emergency, he would get to me within 2 weeks. He never called to schedule the installation. When I contacted him, he said that he was sorry but he is very popular on Angie's List and had to place other clients before us. His professionalism is lacking. We were able to get the openers installed a few days later by another company.

I had called ASAP a month or so ago about a problem I was having with my garage door opener and he made a suggestion over the phone that could fix my problem. His recommendation worked so he cost himself a service call but gained a loyal customer. When the spring broke on our door Sunday I called Kevin and left a message. He returned my call Monday morning, arranged to come on over, and had the repair complete in about an hour. I just don't think you can do any better than that. ASAP's magnet now has a spot on my fridge and I will recommend him to anyone that asks. ASAP has gained another loyal customer.

Was able to come out the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding garage door repair and maintenance. The cost was very reasonable compared to past repairs by a big name company in Columbia.

Excellent job, performed on time and with good results. Also had used previously over a few years to repair my ancient previous openers with good results. Will definitely use again when needed. Very fair, honest, does not try to sell you anything you don't need.

Its a shame there are online companies out there that will actually erase all negative comments from real customers regarding the service they received by a particular company or business. Precision Garage Door Co. is certainly taking full advantage of this opportunity. An A rating with Angies List? Please. No way. This company is run by a bunch of greedy, greedy people so do yourself a favor, and call someone else! That is, unless you like the way money smells while burning in a fireplace. I called ASAP Services and Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and immediately quoted. Work was finished in less than an hour. Kept true to quote and most importantly Kevin did not over charge. Not one penny. I had originally called Precision Garage Doors to come and fix. They took great delight in over charging and taking full advantage of my situation. Not only that, Precision did not even fully fix the problem, which was to be able to use the motorized garage door opener. They fixed it to where we could only open the door manually and charged an outrageous price. ASAP Services were honest, timely, and friendly. Kevin just wants to fix your garage door so you can move on with your life. Plain and simple!

Kevin McDaniel is the owner of this family business that has been in operation since 1969. He came out first to analyze the problems and then after giving me an estimate of the cost to repair, came back the next day and fixed everything. This is a 32 year old garage door opener and it now works perfectly. He lubricated all the moving parts, adjusted and tightened up everything and installed a new weather seal. All in less than an hour and charged the estimated price of $120.. Kevin was a true professional--polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd definitely use him again.

Kevin is a super guy. Showed up on short notice, on time, quoted a reasonable, flat fee, and did the job in less than 2 hours. A real pro. I would definitely recommend him to all.

Heard a large bang yesterday when the spring broke. I called at 8:00 this morning and Kevin called me back within 10 minutes (I didn't notice the hours started at 8:30.). Set up a time for today which he showed up for on time and called before he arrived to confirm and so I could be ready. He offered me a choice of a single spring or slightly more reliable set of 2 springs for additional $15. All work performed very efficiently and to the quoted price. I tried looking online for the cost of springs and I think I found the single spring for around $50-$70. Not sure it's an exact match but am offering that as additional information. He was able to do the work in a little over an hour (again very efficient. Had a very good process, all the needed tools, hardware, etc..).

I don't typically write reviews, however I feel that Kevin deserved one. He was the last company to come and look at my garage door and was the only one that told me that he could repair it without a whole new door. The center of my garage crumpled in after my son shut it on a golf cart. Kevin built a new brace for the center of the garage and was able to reconnect everything to perfect working order. I was so aggitated when he left due to the fact that these other big name companies come in and tell you that the door cannot be fixed and must be replaced. The new door quotes I got were well over $1000. Kevin was very professional and saved me a lot of money.

Kevin arrived around 1 pm. He stated that the garage code pad was an older generation, but that if he had the manual he could re-program, rather than replace it. Fortunately, I had saved the manual. Within 45 minutes the work was completed, along with checking and servicing the garage door mechanism. I found Kevin to be helpful and honest.

Called, He returned call. We talked. He came when he was supposed to and charged what he said he would and it worked. Exactly what you want in a repair service.

Kevin returned my call quickly and was on site within 2 hours and on a holiday weekend. Most places don't work on the weekends even less on a holiday. He was professional,efficient and didn't try to up sell me extra equipment. Definitely would use him again.

I researched Angie's List and chose to call ASAP Services because of ratings and comments. I had several problems with old door and Kevin was able to come by the same day. He could have fixed it for me but since the old door and opener were about 18 years old I wanted to update and replace. Since it would be a few days before he could schedule my job he did a quick fix before he left. Kevin completed the new installation quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using his company for any garage door or opener services and will continue to do business with him.
