Description of Work: The repairman arrived on time and discovered the refrigerator needed a part which he did not have on hand. He contacted his supplier and made arrangements to obtain the part. On receipt of the part he came back out and installed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the appliance in question.

Over charged on parts $
Description of Work: replaced water pump # 35.6780 a $43.76 part cost $129.00 thru Appliance Profesional. $ 110.00 to walk in the door. $65.00 diagnostic and $45,00 labor, When I asked for the 10% discount I was told i appled only to the labor for a total of $4.50. I was informed by their office that it as 10% for seniors no mention of labor only. I have worked for consumers affairs and find this type of practice very misleadng.

Description of Work: Based on Angies List reviews, I emailed Appliance Professional on a Sunday night. Our dryer quit heating. Didn't expext to hear from them untile the next day, but Nathan called me Sunday night and we set up appt. for Tues. Was right on time, took about an hour to repair, and it now heats and runs like it is supposed to. Very courteous, very prompt, actually the charges were a little less than what he estimated over the phone. Will now use them all the time for any appliance repairs.
