This company went over and beyond my expectations on the service and quality of roof replacement. The crew was very respectful and answered my questions. I had a big concern about the clean up afterwards and was absolutely blown away at how immaculate the clean up was after they had left. My yard looked like a tornado had blown through while they were working and when I got home..my yard looked better than before they started! They were timely with starting the job also. After the call, Mark came out and looked the project over, measured the area, spoke with us in detail about what would be done. All of the requests were put in writing and gave us the estimate. He had brought samples of roof material and colors for us to see. The roofing was delivered on time, the crew showed up on time and the work was accomplishd on time, even though the temperwature was 100 degrees in June. We were very pleased with the work and the company and have recommended them to friends.

I Well, I knew the work was scheduled to be done that week, but the rain made the exact day uncertain. I got home from work, went to the mailbox, and when I looked up I was surprised to see a beautiful new roof on the house. There was no debris, no nails, no mess... just a beautiful new roof. It was a perfect experience from the beginning. My husband looked in the phone book and picked a name from the yellow pages. He gave them a call and scheduled someone to come give an estimate. The company representative came at the scheduled time, looked at the work to be done and wrote a detailed estimate.. which was competitive with other estimates we had received. The difference in this company was that this guy was neat, clean, friendly, professional and thorough in recognizing the damaged wood that needed replacing. He had examples of the roofing material they use that helped us choose a color. He left a folder of information about the company and the products they use. I really liked having the samples to choose a color from. The color I chose was Barkwood. It is absolutely beautiful on our house. Also, Willliams upgrades to the architectural shingles at no extra charge. Also, this company was responsive to our phone calls. Any questions we asked were immediately answered. I don't know what more you could ask from a roofing company. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Williams Roofing.

I had hail damage to my roof. I called about three different roofing companies but The Williams Roofing representative responded with a written estimate the same day I called and with very competitive pricing. They handled the paperwork with my insurance company and had I new roof on my home in less than a week. The roof looks wonderful and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a new roof or roof repairs.

Called for an estimate, came out immediately. I wasn't home at the time but the person came out to see me and give me the estimate. Someone at worked also used this company for the same reason (roof) and was quite pleased with their work and price so I called them to do the job. Two companies estimated more than twice the price, the third company wouldn't start for more than 3 weeks. Williams came out within a week. The foreman of the crew called me when they were getting ready to start the job so I could be there when they started work. I came out a few times to see what they were doing and asked quite a few questions. The foreman patiently answered all my questions. They did the job in less than two days. The roof looks great and the insurance company gave me a discount for the new roof. I'm pleased all around. Wish they did fences because I would certainly call them to replace my current fence. If I ever need services they do perform, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

Williams Roofing and Construction is an Excellent Company, I hired them to repair bad flooring and replace sliding glass doors with french doors that had been damaged from a roof leak on our back deck. Mr. Williams also built a 12 x 24covered deck on the front of our home. He worked with us from day one assessing the damage situation, suggesting thebest replacement materials, helping not only find a company to get the doors thru but also finding a set of energy efficientdoors which made a considerable difference on our electric bill. The crew he sent were very knowledgeable of thework to be done. They were very courteous and cleaned up the area after the job was complete. Upon completion,Mr. Williams contacted us to make sure we were satisified with the work and to see if there was anything that was not done. I would highly recommend Williams Roofing and Construction to anyone needing any typeof work done on their home.

Came to give estimate when they said. Talked to me about getting estimate from insurance company. Mark was a lot of help. Reroofed in one day. From estimate to job being finished was less than a week. We had a misunderstanding about costs, but it was quickly straightened out. Great work!

My roof was leaking all over. No one lived in it. My house burnt down and my daughter gave me the mobile home. The roof was in bad condition and Williams came and applied the hydro-stop system and I havent seen a leak since over the entire trailer! It also saves on my light bill by cutting the heating and cooling. I am very satisfied!!

These guys are absolutely great. In an industry full of (I will be kind and just say) morons. This company is a breath of fresh air. They responded immediately after I contacted them. The salesman Mark actually showed exactly when he said. He was very knowledgable and re-assuring. We where worried because our roof is very steep and the home is surrounded by manicured gardens and flowers. He assured me that it was no problem. After our meeting we decided to give them the job. A few days later their crew showed up early in the morning, I have never seen a crew move around and work live a swarm of angry bees. These guys were incredible. They moved around the roof very safely and fast. Our roof was done in just 2 days. Here is the incredible part. They showed up at roughly 6:30 am and worked till about 10 pm which in itself is awesome but it was over 100 degrees. I walked out about 6am on the 2nd day and noticed that they completely covered the roof with tarps on all sections not done that day. His crews are very detailed and obviously take great pride in their work. I gave them a few cans of spray paint and asked if they would spray paint my white pvc vent pipes black. No problem! They even took the time to paint 2 very ugly aluminum vent pipes which looks great and I would of never thought to paint. Overall. If you need roof work and want a high quality job at a great price without the aggravation you get hiring contractors. Hire this company. If you want headaches, high blood pressure and stress call one of the other companies. I had a leak in the rear of home. I knew the roof was very old. I called Chris Williams and had an estimate the next day. I choose a color and with in 3 days my roof was replaced. I was very please with every aspect of the job. There was no mess when they finished and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a roof. I believe they easily can beat anyone else price. Chris told me they were ranked in the top 100 exterior remodelers in the Nation and one of the largest consumers of shingles in the state. You do not get that big without lots of repeat customers.

We needed the work done quickly as we had a bad leak and were going on vacation in a few days. The company was very responsive and prompt. The work was completed in less than a day, the crew did a thorough clean up, and the company followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The roof looks great!

It went great. I was working the day they put on my roof, but I did manage to make an unexpected apperance approx. 3 times through out the day. I found the crew to be professional and hard working. The grounds was tidy and debris kept to a miniumum. They were cleaned up and finished in about 5 hours. When I arrived home from work I found a nice new roof and clean yard.

Overall working with Williams Roofing & Construction was a pleasent experience. They cleaned up everyday. They were very cognitive of all our needs.

I live in a mobile home with a metal roof and a skylight. The metal roof generated excess heat and I was very concerned that I could not get the skylight to stop leaking and be able to reflect sun rays from my roof. So I called Williams Roofing and they applied seal-o-flex and a new skylight to my home. I was very satisfied with how prompt they were to get my work done and they were able to fulfill all of my needs and concerns!! I would definitely recommend Williams to my family and friends!!! They were very honest and kept their word. My skylight no longer leaks, nor does the sun rays cause excess heat to my home.

My home was an older home when I bought it I called Williams Roofing and he came out and gave me a free estimate on everything that needed to be done.I immediately agreed to Williams Roofing services and they began the work right away. While doing the work they kept everything neat and kept it well picked up. The work was all done quickly and wonderfully. Williams Roofing and Construction turned my old home into a New Beautiful Future for me and my family. Williams Roofing and Construction is a very Honest and Dependable group of people. We signed the contract with them on a Friday afternoon and were told that their scheduler would call Monday to set up the work for Tuesday. Early the next morning (7 AM on Saturday) the doorbell rang and to our surprise the crew was there to begin the work. On one hand we were pleasantly surprised that they were so responsive but on the other hand we were upset that there seemed to be a gross miscommunication between their office and their work crew. I called Mr. Williams to verify that this was indeed his crew (I was suspicious because they had no markings on their truck and our neighbors had been scammed previously). The crew got to work and were busy until after dark. They cleaned up and even used a large magnet to walk the house perimeter to pick up the fallen nails. The crew asked if they could work on Sunday since rain was expected early in the week. They finished up the job on Monday night and the heavy rains arrived on Tuesday. We have not had a leak since and the roof looks wonderful! We've received several compliments from our neighbors who have since hired Williams Roofing for repairs on their homes. If you can overlook their internal miscommunications, I highly recommend Williams Roofing! UPDATE: Since the re-roofing, we have been having issues with our gutters overflowing during heavy rains. Upon inspection, the gutters are full (and I mean FULL! ) of pieces of shingles and lots of nails! Apparently, when Williams Roofing replaced our roof in January 2012, their crew let the shingle pieces and nails fall into the gutters and did not clean them out. The crew was good about cleaning up the yard, but we had no idea that they were hiding lots of their roof trash in our gutters! Very disappointing. Williams Roofing should clean the gutters at the end of the re-roofing job! I've contacted their office and they said they will send the original crew out to clean up.

The estimate came in a little high so I did not use this company. They provided very good service. They were professional and explained everything well. They were on time as well.

The roof was covered by insurance. They gave me an estimate, they came, they did it, they left and they cleaned up after themselves. I have a 20 year guarantee on the roof. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

Great! Men worked hard, were courteous. No swearing. no loud music. Finished job was perfect. These guys stayed on the job until they were done. They worked continuously.

They did a good job. They came when they said they would. They cleaned up very well and they didn't leave a lot of trash in the yard. I didn't have to call them back for any reason. I would definitely recommend them. The price was competitive. They were professional. I would use them again.

I have a very large roof but I found the price was reasonable. They were clean and always prompt on arrival. They came back and did a repair for me and continued to do a good job. I would highly recommend them.

I called on Monday, October 30, 2011 and a field person came to my home the following day to give me the estimate. I was told that the work could be done the following Monday. I asked for it to be done on Thursday or Friday of that week. I was told that they would be here by 10:00 a.m. I called about 10:15 a.m. to see if they were coming that day since it was raining and was told they had to finish up on a job and they would be right over. I received a call from the field person who had given me the estimate about 1:30 p.m. and was told they were finishing up another job and would be right over. I called the office back at 2:30 p.m. and was told they were about 30 minutes away. They would be over and the job would be finished that day. I said that there was no way they could finish since it is dark by 6:00 p.m. They finally showed up at 3:45 p.m. I told them they would have to wait until Friday to begin since it was so late. The foreman told me they would be at the house first thing the next morning. He was true to his word, they showed up at 7:30 a.m. ready to go. They unloaded they materials and were on the roof by 7:45 a.m. They worked hard all day, taking only a short lunch break and finished around 6:00 p.m. They cleaned up around the house and used a magnet roller to collect all of the nails. They had to leave a few supplies but came first thing on Saturday and picked those up. While they were there they went over the entire yard again to be sure all trash was picked up. Since it was so late when they finished and so early the next day when they came back, I did not really get a good look at the roof. After closer inspection, I noticed 2 shingles were damaged. Monday the field person contacted about payment and I told him about the 2 shingles and he said someone would be out to my house that day. That afternoon when I got home the foreman and one worker showed up at my house and fixed the two shingles. The only problem I had was that the office and the workers need to communicate better, so that the customer doesn't have to wait around all day.

They were okay. They were pretty punctual, but it took them a couple of days to get out here. I had to call them a couple of times for them to get out here before the rain began. I would tell people to check around for a better price. I was not satisfied with the price. It was a little high, but I don't know what the others charge for the same job. They did a good job and stopped the leak. They cleaned up everything. It was the builder's problem because every house that he built here had the same problem.
