Description of Work: Replaced roof. Job done in a timely manner. All waste cleaned up and removed.

Description of Work: A roof inspection was done and flashing leaks were caulked in early Oct. Recommendation was made and agreed to apply GACO sealant to widows walk area. No followup to date from the company to schedule agreed service. Following recent heavy rains, roof leaking in same area that was repaired last month. Contacted roofing company to come back and fix leaks. No response from company for two days, after both call and email.

He recommended diverting a gutter downspout as a first course of action and his recommendation was spot on for eliminating the leak. Great service, honest, friendly and above the call of duty. Even caulked some questionable spots on the roof while he was here. Thank you!

Description of Work: Horrible communication. Just showed up without informing they were at the house. One day job tok over three with no word from anyone at the company. Phone calls went unanswered and voice mails not returned. Was told I was the problem not them.

Description of Work: Good job done in timely fashion. A few weeks late, we informed him about leaking around one of the skylights during a heavy rainstorm. We were disappointed that he did not come back to check it out. Fortunately, the leaking has not recurred.

Description of Work: Reroofed my entire house and installed a ridge ventilation fan. They were prompt, fast and dedicated. There was a storm warning for the following day, so they worked 12 hours to get my roof finished before the storm. I was very impressed with all of the people from the sales rep, to the office staff and the roofers, themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.

Description of Work: Called on Wednesday, did not return call until following Monday. By that time, I had another contractor do the work.

Description of Work: We contacted Tri county and several other roofing companies from the reviews we saw on Angie's list. Tri county was the only company who took the time to contact us back, in fairness the return phone number might have put some contractors off since it was out of State. Nevertheless, JJ was prompt and curteous and more importantly helpfull on a full range of choices- not just price! We look forward to the project being completed by Tri County.

Description of Work: Repair leaking roof valleys incorrectly installed by previous roofer. Will use again. Explained error, and how to correct. Matched my shingles perfectly. Fixed another small problem not part of job x 2. Overall expert service. Timely. This contractor knows that business is won by getting the job done correctly and timely. They came and looked within an hour of my inquiry. I called them as they were a perfect score on Angie's list and I was not disappointed.

Description of Work: Looking for a roofing Company for my mothers' roof and looked at reviews on Angies List and was impressed with Tri-County. The roof was done in 2005 but the company that did that roof put it on incorrectly and it was leaking. Called Shannon and he came right out and said he could repair the roof but it really needed to be replaced. He was very professional and I decided it would be best to go with his expertise. I was a little put out by the calls not being returned in a timely manner or not at all but I will admit since the roof in 2005 was done wrong I was very protective of my mother having it done right. They did a great job and cleaned the area better than I thought could be done. I actually racked the yard and did not find one nail. I was so impressed with the Company that I had my roof done also. With the same great results. The quote on both houses was right on with no surprises. Mark was patient with me when I was difficult and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend this Company.

Description of Work: Removed shingles, replaced rotten plywood, put on weather barrier and new shingles, replaced 5 skylights and several light pipes, & cleaned up debris.

Description of Work: Replaced 10 year old roof damaged by hail storm. Provided all required documentation and pictures to insurance adjuster to assist with claim approval process. Brought us a sample of the color chosen to ensure it was what we wanted. We also had them install 2 solar attic fans. Everyone was timely, professional and kind to our pets. The work crews cleaned up thoroughly each day and were very polite. The construction waste trailer was removed immediately. The roof is beautiful and many neighbors chose Tri-County after seeing how welll our roofing project went.
