very professional, much better job than the last time I had to re-roof with another company. They found some issues with improper work from prior roofer 17 years ago.

Tri-County Roofing threw all debris off the roof it hit my walls leaving black tar marks, dusk and dings to my home. It looked like a war zone with 8 to 10 feet of debris surrounding my home they promised 12/20/2019 to return after the New Years to complete clean up and I promised to release the balance once they finished. The damages cost $17,455 to correct they should correct said damages or change their 1/6/2020 invoice of $20,883.01 invoice to $3,428.01 so I can release said balance. Tri-County Roofing failed /refused to file an insurance claim for said damages not provide me with their insurance declaration page, instead filed a Les Pendens, then agreed to try to allow time to work out a settlement to avoid litigation. They visited my home a second time due to the new roof leaking and told me if it leaks again they will not be back because they sent someone out their to stop leaks once. They would paint one of two leaking ceilings it I gave them the paint and left and filled a Summons, Mechanics Lien and Foreclosure action that day to gain ownership of my home If I don't release the balance without them correcting said damages to my home. He also wanted 18 % interest and attorney fees for damaging my home or take $1,000 toward said damages and release the balance.

They missed dormer areas and removed copper without permission and never finished flashing

Butch with Tri County Roofing inspected our roof and made repairs. He gave us an honest and accurate report as to the condition of our roof. I really like that he took pictures of the roof and showed us the areas of concern. I will definitely use Tri County Roofing again for our roofing needs.

good, except for callback for kick-out flashing required by lender

It was an amazing experience. They brought a large crew of workers who remove all the old shingles down to the bare wood. They replaced 8 sheets of plywood on the roof and had the entire new roof installed THE SAME DAY. I was really impressed!!!

After the estimate, they came back to me and said the rotted soffit was more extensive and we agreed to an additional $450 to fix it all. After they spent an afternoon working I came to check out what was done and I didn't think they had finished. When they didn't come back or call me, I called their office and then the roofer I met with. Left messages but no one got back to me. Until they wanted to get paid. I emailed them about the lack of customer service and got no response. They threatened me with a lien on my property if I didn't pay up. We settled on a $150 discount.

Excellent! They were extremely professional, with the right tools and ladders. Matthew and Victor arrived on time and were able to complete the work fairly quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Specific directions were given on flashing chimney and dormers. This is historic structure. They sent crew over without giving directions that ripped out all copper flashing. Matthew Clark then called to inform me they couldn't save the copper and I would have to pay extra for them to re-flash. I didn't agree so they replaced some old flashing and added new where it was too torn up. He should have called before if there was a problem. Not after. Then he left it and finished the roofing except for one for dormer that he forgot to add to the overall price. Then he sent this bull dog guy named Shannon over to twist my arm into paying. Bottom line was they would send someone over to mortar in the flashing and have been giving me run around ever since. Total nightmare

Aweful! We had to take them to court.

No work was done. Never recieved a follow up call.

While we haven't yet decided to do the job Tri County would be our first choice for this work and other Roofing needs. Butch Floyd who provided the estimate went out of his way to make minor repairs on our roof at no cost!

They did a good job. Done in just one day. Good cleanup, too!

It took 3 months to get the job done but some areas of flashing had to be redone.

They did a really good job on our roof. They did the job in a timely manner and it looks really good. There was an incident with them breaking a piece off my gate, but they replaced it with no problems.

No more leaks. Did the job by taking off roofing and paper, and replacing plywood underneath as well as new paper and roofing. Would have been nice to have a better color match, but not a huge issue. Good work and prompt, but for 4 hours work it seemed very expensive.

Called Tri-County roofing and they were very courteous and responsive (unlike another company who still hasn't called back as I write this review). Truck 129 showed up exactly on time and in 10 minutes on the roof found the problem (partially popped nail) and fixed it (applied sealing) at no charge! I really appreciate a company with great service! I will definitely use this company again.

They were able to provide a quote within 5 minutes of doing the inspection of the roof.

It was alright. It wasn't the lowest quote. They weren't a bad company, I just ended up not going with them.

When they did a repair on my roof knowing that I was not going to climb up on my roof, I think what they should of done was take before and after pictures. I asked them to come out, they came out and did the repair. I didn't even know they came out to do the repair. They did go ahead and inspect other areas that I had a problem with to see if they had problems there as well, which they said they did not. The big short coming was the fact that the did not show me photos of before and after. I would use them again provided they show me photos of before and after.

I signed the work contract in February and the work was not done until mid April. Since I am an absentee landlord, I requested pictures of the work once it was completed. I did not receive the pictures until mid June.

It was replaced in one day. And boards were replaced as well. Then we had the hurricane and I had no problem! That's the true test of quality!

Excellent. I could not be happier with the work that Tri-County did for us. In the six months since the roof was completed we've had a Tropical Depression and a Hurricane hit us and I'm very pleased to say that not a single shingle was knocked out of place. The roof looks perfect as the day they installed it and we've not had any issues with water penetration which was an issue for us with the prior roof. All of the Tri-County staff were very professional and a pleasure to deal with from the initial sales & site survey people (JJ & Sean) to the actual install team (Jose & co). I can honestly say that my yard was cleaner after they left than before - that's how good they cleaned up after the job! I would highly recommend Tri-County Roofing.

Needed new roof after The BIG Rain in Oct. 2015 left the roof leaking. Found Tri County on Angie's List and called for an estimate. Scotty came and gave a very good pre sale presentation. I told him that the roof needed to be replaced due to a " Botched" roofing job two years earlier, that the insurance company would not cover, because the plywood was rotten. He said they would throw in a couple of the new sheets of plywood for free. He also said I would get a $300.00 discount for being an Angie's List member. He said they would tarp the roof until they could get back to do the repairs. He gave a quote of $4000. When I called back to have the work started, I was informed that Scotty no longer worked in this area and had been transferred to another area. I was then charged another $250 for the tarps. I requested to keep the tarps, they took them away! I was then charged $675 for wood that they said was not included in the contract, although R&R of wood is stated in the contract. Then I was charged a credit card processing fee of $93.59 that I was NOT informed would happen! I also requested the form for the Energy Saving shingles for a tax credit. So now, (1) no extra plywood was given, (2) No Angie's List discount was given, (3) didn't get to keep tarps that were not included in quote, (4) was hit with a processing fee, and (5) did not get tax credit info mailed to me. That comes to an extra charge of $1019! This is not how customers should be treated!! I feel this was not handled in a professional manor at all, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Can't wait to see how well they honor the warranty!!!
