Description of Work: The roof looks absolutely gorgeous however, the sidewalk that the truck delivering the shingles busted to pieces and your management said would be taken care of, is still busted to pieces after five months! The surprise piece of plywood that was put up by the crew in which we were told would be painted, after five months is still not painted! |Please don't get me wrong, the crew that actually does the work did a fantastic job although, you will hear little to no English at all. The problem with this company is their management. They do not follow through with what they tell you will be done. When you pay $10,000 for a roof, you would think they would complete the job! They took advantage of an 88 year old so given the opportunity; I feel they will take advantage of anyone else without question. |I do NOT recommend using Tri-County Roofing. |

Description of Work: Our experience with Tricounty Roofing was positive. They were responsive when called for the estimate. This company was not the cheapest but they were very knowledgeable and had a good program. The crew was very polite and efficient. They did a great job with the cleanup. The roof look great.

Description of Work: Repaired roof and replaced shingles of garage. Workers arrived as promised and went to work immediately. Finished as promised with no problems. Did an excellent job of cleaning up work area. J.J. was our go-to-guy and was wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: The roofer arrived on time for the evaluation. He checked the roof inside and outside and zero'd in on the problem immediately. He sealed the leak until he could come back in a couple of weeks to make the repair including replacing a piece of sheeting, paper, and roofing materials. While he was there, he checked for any other signs of trouble including nail popping up and pushing up on roofing materials. He also checked the chimney and sealed any other potential issues. I would highly recommend them and plan to hire them for yearly inspections.
