I first called their office about a month ago, and was told I would receive a call from Travis to set up a visit for an estimate. After 2 days went by, I again called the office, and was then called by Shannon, who came later that day. When I told him I wanted an attic fan installed, he recommended a solar fan, and I agreed. He told me the total price was $700, but he would give me a $50 discount. The cost included a Master-Flow 20 watt Green Machine, which cost him $400, and a lifetime warranty. He explained that under his warranty, he would replace the fan ,if it ever failed, at no cost because he is a certified GAF master roofer, and he could send the defective one back and get a new one.This sounded reasonable, but I went on-line to Home Depot and saw the same fan for $217. I called Shannon to ask why there was such a big price difference for the same fan, and if I could get an estimate that broke down the cost of the fan, labor, shingles, etc. He explained that it couldn't be the same fan, or maybe it was a defective one that Home Depot was selling. I invited him to check it out, as I was led to Home Depot by the GAF website, which listed Home Depot as a dealer for the fan, but not him. He said he would get back to me.A week later, I had to call him back to see what his answer was on the fan and the itemized estimate, as I would like to get this job done. He said he would install the Home Depot fan if I wanted him to, with the reduction in price, but he wouldn't give the warranty. As for the estimate, because everything was computerized at the office, he wasn't sure if he would be able to itemize it as I asked, but he would try and get back to me.Again I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I left a voice-mail on his cell phone, and with Kathy at the office on 9/4 for him to give me the status of things. I haven't heard back from them yet as of 8 pm on 9/5.

Their team did a great job from start to finish. They completed the job in one day. Only recommendation would be during clean-up that they run the magnate through the gutters to ensure nails are not left behind to flow into the yard during a rain storm.

They were great. We were very, very pleased. They were fast. They only took one day. They cleaned up very well; we only found one nail. They worked with us on our insurance. We were happy with the shingles. We actually chose our shingle.

First I want to say that the latest bad review was incorrect and I know for a fact that Trir-county was working with them at the same time. There is no way they would have treated that customer any different than what we experienced. Shannon came and gave us an estimate ! It was very detailed and he worked well with us knowing we were having Major work done on our house. We wanted the roof/shingles replaced to include all new plywood, wood work and siding installed. He came back several times to answer our questions. He did know that we were getting other estimates from other companies. He explained and went over all details several times. Once we made the choice to use Tri-county, we called and we signed the contract before any material were order. The work did not even start until after we told Shannon the loan went through. It did take a few weeks for them to start the work, but we had several storms come though and knew they were behind. They started the work and once we got home that day there was a little communication issue but Tri-County was out at 7 am the next morning to correct and get it back on track. The roof, woodwork and siding were done in a timely manner. The guys got caught up in a storm and had to wait it out and cleaned up after. The roofers started at 6ish and didn't stop until they were done at 7 the next evening. The siding and new porch was put up and WOW our house is awesome. Shannon came over even after another guy inspected it and made sure we were happy with everything. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! I don't believe for one minute that anyone would have not known from this company what they were getting into. Tri-county is great hard working people period!!! Once again THANK YOU Tri-County for making this a good experience for us.

We had a hail storm and the insurance company came out so they paid part of the cost. On the whole we paid $15000 and the insurance company paid a third of that. This whole neighborhood that had the hailstorm had got their insurance company involved and everybody got new roof. We were not the first to have it done, and as we were observing what was going on with some of the other roofing companies we were impressed with this company because they made sure that they had a supervisor that stayed on site with the workers the whole time, they made sure that the materials that were ordered were actually the ones that were delivered. There was good communication as the job progressed as to what needs to be done and the options to be done. This company was much superior to some of the other companies that were working at the time.

It was a 20" X 16" roof done. The job was done very quickly. The job is very well done and the price is very good. Their communication was very poor. I had to call them many times for making an appointment.

It was a very good experience. They provided me a quote, I just haven't done the work yet.

Wonderful. No more rain in the attic

I would use this company again, but I would make sure that I had a definitive date when the work was to be done.

He checked the roof area in question, took pictures and showed those pictures to us. Really showed us the damaged area and gave us an example of the type of flashing they would place and how it would help repel water away from the roof area. Very informative.

This company was the best. We had contacted two other roofers prior to this company. The first roofer couldn't find the leak anywhere, and he wanted to charge us extra to take a further look. The second roofer told us we needed an entire new roof for over $6,500. This roofer came and climbed onto the roof and showed us exactly where the leak was. He gave us a free estimate and a quote. The company came and fixed it that week, and we have not had any more leaks! They mailed us a bill for exactly what they quoted us. Great experience!

Originally had one of the employees come in March. They said they needed to bring back a longer ladder for estimate. Then, due to a family medical problem - they didn't followup for a month. I called back and asked for estimate. No response for another 2 to 3 weeks. Finally I scheduled an estimate but when they called to reschedule again I got fed up and went with another company. I gave them slack in the beginning - but things really got ridiculously unprofessional.

They returned my call in a timely fashion and did the estimate work quickly and got back to me with all info so I could make an informed decision. I was hoping pricing was better but they were the best price I received and did the work in a timely and professional way,

The quality of the work was excellent. They did it within the time frame they said they would. They cleaned things up very nicely, after the work was done. The manager of the company did an excellent job on a variety of subjects. We will use them again in the future if we need to.

Everything went as Mark said it would, I was very pleased. They had to come back to replace the vent covers because they were not in stock.

Our area was heavily hit by hail in 2011. Tri-County Roofers canvassed the area and re-roofed several houses on our street. After observing them work and talking to our neighbors, we contacted them for an estimate. Their estimate was very close to that of the insurance agency, so we contracted them to re-roof our home. They even offered us some energy-efficient options for a reasonable cost. Aside from confusion over the day the shingles were to be delivered and a miscommunication regarding where to put the cleanup dumpster, everything went exactly as planned. The roof looks great, and the cleanup they performed as part of their service was fantastic. They followed up at least twice to be sure we were satisfied. We enjoyed working with Shannon and his crew. We would definitely recommend them to someone seeking roofing or re-roofing.

Overall, very good work. Shannon from Tri-County Roofing was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me different materials. I wanted CertainTeed Shingles and Tri-County Roofing is a CertainTeed Select Shingle Master Certified, which means my new roof has a 50 year extended warranty backed by the CertainTeed Shingle Company. Installation and clean-up went well. I only found a few nails in my beds. They had to return to patch a few nail holes, which they fixed promptly. Overall a good experience. My neighbor had her roof replaced by Tri-County Roofing three days after mine. I would highly recommend Tri-County Roofing.

They were great. They came on time and did everything they said they would. He was very helpful. Their pricing was in the middle.

Everything went well. This company actually showed up and made the repair.

When major work is done on a rental property it is really important for the landlord to consider the renter. In tis case the renter was ill. For that reason I am extremely grateful that this job went as smoothly as it did. Tri-County was very professional - returned phone calls promptly and started and finished work at agreed upon time. Let me know the procedure if they discovered more bad boards (and company followed the procedure). It has rained since the work has been completed and the renter has given a good report. Their bid was competitive and I would be more than happy to do business with them again.

They were very proffecional and JJ helped us with our insurance. They worked till after dark to finish and it was after dark when they completed the job. We are very pleased with the work and the way they did the work. Work was completed in a very timley mannor.

We had a leak along the wall where the roof of the porch met the house. Water apparently had been coming in for awhile, but was not visible for some time. We called Tri-County roofing, along with two other roofers, to assess the problem and give us an estimate. They came when they said they would and gave us an estimate immediately. Based on their price and the apparent knowledge of the roofer who did the estimate, we selected them. It seemed like a lot of money, but actually, was below what the other roofers were wanting to do the job. They were able to schedule someone to do the work soon after we agreed to the estimate. When another roofer came to do the work, he found a potential problem with an entry point for water in the window sill above the porch. He applied caulk in that area, in addition to using a material to seal up the entire length of the roofline. He noted that the sky lights may also be a source of leaking, saw some gaps there, and applied the sealing material there. He did not charge us extra for these two add ons that he did for us. To the best of my knowledge, we do not have any ongoing leaks. One never knows for sure, as some leaks may be subtle or be dependent on wind direction. We had consulted Tri-County previously about a different roof leak and found them to be very helpful and professional in their approach.

Very well.........did what was contracted and cleaned up afterward.
