A branch fell on our roof and took some shingles out. Called Tri-County Roofing and setup an appointment for Monday. JJ was right on time. He inspect the roof and said that he can not charge anything for this repair since it was only a minor repair. I had a couple shingles left and he repaired the roof free of charge. This company is highly recommend and I will use them for any other service.

I was very impressed and so thankful I made the right decision.

Excellent and professional roofing work. This work was done for my Mother's home. J.J. Outen Was very professional and took his time explaining what needed to be done and made several visits while work was being performed. I am writing this as my mother is ederly and repairmen tend to take advantage of the ederly.

Our home was built in 1986 or there a bouts; and has not had a new roof or shingles since then! After getting no less than 3 estimates my wife and I decided to go with Tri-County Roofing since they appeared to have the most experience in this area of the Low-Country. We first read all the reviews that were on Angie List before we even contacted them for an estimate.. They showed up as advertised to give us an estimate; after measuring all the roof surfaces et al, they came in our home and asked if they could sit down with us to give us an idea of the various materials that were available as well as the guarantees et al that came with the various shingle companies. as well as the prices et al! My wife and I decided to purchase and use the GAF shingles since they came with a lifetime warranted should they have to be replaced. We were also told that these shingles would resist up to a 150 miles per hour wind gusts as from a hurricane such as we had from Hugo back in the 1990's et al. Finally, we were told that based on the type and brand of shingles that we had selected; as well as the number of squares" that were needed for our roof, square feet and another formula combined; we were told that we needed somewhere between 25 and 30 "squares" of roofing; and all of these figure's combined added up to a total of $9,049.00. We told the Estimators and Sales Reps that we would make a decision in several days and that we would notify them ASAP if not sooner. I must honestly say that out of all the different estimates that we received, these reps from Tri-County Roofing were the most cordial and most prepared as far as "knowledge of their products et al"! My wife and I reviewed all the various estimates that we had (3 or 4 of them) and decided based on quality, experience and various reviews on Angie's List et al, as well as prices etc; we decided to go with Tri-County Roofing! Although some of the other estimates were less expensive etc., we chose Tri-County based on the length of their business, reviews, expertise et al!! none of the other Roofing companies even came close to this company! As noted above on our ratings, Tri-County roofing was punctual on every aspect of their coming to install the shingles, replace some of the roof boards etc.; responsiveness to our questions etc., et al! we were completely pleased with every aspect of their work as well as the quality of their materials etc.,. They even had their crew completely screen our property for any shingle nails that had fallen around our home and had not yet been picked up; to insure that none of our vehicles would have a nail puncture or flat tire etc.,! We were very happy with every aspect of the work that they provided. We doubt that any other Roofing Company in the Tri-County area would provide the quality of services as well as the quality of materials;et al as this Company dis. Finally, they showed up at our home for the final inspection the roof, materials et al as well as our estimate of the quality of materials and our feelings as we thought about the workmanship, quality of work and material and anything else that may have been on our minds! We told him how we felt about everything et al!! I can honestly say that both my wife and I had a pleasant experience with this phase of remodeling our home etc., We had no problem in writing the check for the amount that we had committed to on our initial meeting with Tri-County Roofing! We applaud their company as well as all their workers, supervisors et al! They are truly a first rate Company that exceeded all our expectations etc., . Both my wife and I highly recommend Tri-County Roofing Company!! We believe that no other Roofing Company in the Tri-County area comes close to this company at all!! Also, GAF is offering a rebate for veterans!!

We called for an estimate to repair two roof leaks. The estimator arrived on time as scheduled, was very pleasant and professional. The written estimate was clear and comprehensive - outlining their commitment and responsibilities as well as ours as a customer. As he was departing on a Monday the estimator advised that he would have his people to our home on Thurs or Friday. That didn't happen and we heard nothing from Tri County Roofing for two full weeks. Finally they called and set up another appointment for early the following week. On the day scheduled they called and cancelled due to illness. When they finally arrived a couple days after the cancellation they did a fine job. The workmen were diligent, comfortable to be around, and wasted no time accomplishing the repairs. In summary, my discontent is with Tri County's failure to meet their scheduled commitments. The quality of the work was above reproach as far as I can tell.

We called for an estimate on replacing our roof. We were happy with the estimate but were unable to have it done at this time. He temporary sealed up some places that were bad and may start leaking. He didn't charge us anything for coming out and the patch work. Very professional and we will definitely have them do the work when we can.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Micah Carter was the rep for the company. He was on time, courtesy and professional. He did not try to sell us on the roof replacement. Micah gave us the estimates for the repair and replacement. He explained the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement. Once a decision was made, Micah stayed in contact with us until the job was complete. The crew did an excellent job protecting the landscaping. They cleaned as they went along. The job was done in a timely fashion and the results are superb. Upon completion of the job, the company sent a quality control inspector out to survey the job. A minor error was found and the crew was out the next day to address the issue. The inspector came out again to ensure the errors were fixed. While I hope not to have to replace the roof anytime soo, I would highly recommend Tri-Roofing company again and again!!

These guys are like a fine wine, they continue to get better. They worked on my home in 2001 and did a great job it still looks good. Which is why i called them this time when i needed work on my office. They came in and explained the whole system to me making sure i didnt have any questions and then produced there estimate for what they believed would be the best for me. The other two companies may have been at my office for a total of 5 minutes one didn't even get on my roof. His estimate also had to be sent from his office which took 2 weeks to recieve. By this time i had already had my roof installed and my warranty was registered. The GAF inspector has been out and seemed to be happy and Tri-County has no items to make corrections to. I now own 2 Tri-cCounty roofs and couldnt be any more happy. All I have to say is that Dale Hawkins has raised 2 boys that he should be very happy with, He taught them a trade and they have Mastered it.

As close to perfect possible

The next roofer that came by (Rick from East Coast Roofing) was a blessing. He went into the attic without me having to ask, he checked out the hole and my ridge vent, then he climbed up on the roof. Talk about feeling like a valued customer and not just a sale - Rick has my business.

Everything was as expected. Punctual.

This company was professional from start to finish. The estimate was timely accomplish and accurate. The work crew that showed up to replace the roof was courteous, industrious and professional. We had a custom roof installed. It is a spealized roofing system and while it has not yet been reviewed by the manufacture, it appears that it was properly done and is well installed. Tri-County Roofing registered the roof with the manufacture (we received the verification from the manufacture). The exterior painting was equally professionally done. The final step under our contract with Tri-County Roofing was installation of a gutter system. A number of months has passed since the work was completed and there have been virtually no problems with anything they worked on. This is in large part for two reasons, the first is the professional manner in which the work was done by the crew and the second is the supervision of the crew and the inspection of the crew's work by the company's supervisors. We are thoroughly satisfied with the extensive work they accomplished. If there was more work to be done on my house, I would have complete confidence hiring them again.

The Tri County Roofing (Siding) experience was phenomenal !!! Shannon (VP) was as professional as they come, Brian & Nelson, siding experts, were and are the best in the Lowcountry. I am totally impressed with thier service, professionalism, expertise, knowledge, skills etc. The words could go on and on. Sum it all up, I am 53 and have never had a purchase and installation run as smooth as this one did, I would recommend Tri County Roofing & Siding to everyone. I thought that they did a good job. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but we have a Mansard roof with a lot of sharp steep angles and I'm sure that was a pain. They had to remove the old roof to put on the new one and then they had to work around our gutters, but they were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. I only had one issue and I felt bad because I knew it was an accident. They tried to help me out by moving my grill, but when they moved it they picked it up and bent the sides. They did say that they were sorry and I said I'm not going to charge a worker any of the workers for it, but otherwise they did a good job and showed up on time and came when they said they would and left when they said they would. We haven't had any issues so far, but it's too soon to tell and the real test will be the next monsoon rain we get. Part of the reason I did choose them was because they weren't the lowest price, but they were a more established company. I ended up contacting them. I think at the time they were getting slammed because everybody wanted to get it done before the holidays or during the good weather time and also November's like the number one month to get a roof.

Out first contact with TriCounty was with Shannon. He was friendly, punctual, and extremely professional. We were given an estimate that day. He also made us aware of any rebates that were available. Once we decided to use TriCounty, the wheels were in motion and we received several calls informing us of start dates and times. The roof took less than three days to complete. The roofing crew barely broke for lunch. After day one, approximately 70% of the work was complete. The cleanup crew did a great job clearing our property of fallen nails and shingles. Matt, the company inspector, arrived after the work was complete. He scanned the property with his magnet picking up a few buried nails and got up on the roof to inspect the work. Another crew came by to replace rotten boards. They, too, were great. They primed the wood before arriving and then painted it after it was up.The price they gave us was the price we paid; there were no hidden costs. We found everyone at TriCounty to be extremely professional and would recommend them highly.

Brian Coffey was very responsive from the first return phone call, and remained flexible in scheduling until my delayed closing took place. Pre and post contract details were handled efficiently and the way I needed (electronically), and they job was completed ontime, on schedule, and on budget. Thanks!

In 2011 we had a heavy hail storm that left 1 1/2" of 1/2 to 3/4" diameter hail in our driveway and walkway. We didn't think about it until we started noticing large amounts for roofing rock on the walkway where the water collects. We started considering a new roof and then one day a wanna-be roofer came to the door and explained that our roof replacement would be covered, at least partially by insurance. I thanked them for their input and immediately called Shannon at Tri-County Roofing. I knew Shannon, because he and Tri-County are customers where I work. Shannon came to our home did and inspection and confirmed that we should consider a new roof. Due to the age of the roof, the size of the hail divots and the number of divots our roof had been damaged far in excess of what the insurance company would deem necessary for replacement. Shannon took measurements, discussed and noted our options, took all the information with him, when he left, and prepared a professional estimate, including all parts and labor required to complete the job. I submitted the estimate to our insurance company who sent out an adjuster. Shannon met with the adjuster at our home to insure that all of the damage was included in the adjusters estimate. Once the estimate was approved by the insurance company, the work was scheduled. It was expected the replacement would take 2 1/2 to 3 days. The Tri-County work crew was early or on-time every day. They were respectful of our property, covering our landscaping with tarps to prevent any damage while they took off the old roof and making sure that none of the bear roof was exposed when they left for the day in case we had rain at night. Shannon or Mark came by by each day to check on progress, to make sure we understood what was going on and discuss any issues the crew might have. Thanks to Shannon, Mark, and the Tri-County crew we now a beautiful new roof that will serve us for the next 25 years. A finishing touch, they rolled a magnetized roller over the property to collect every possible nail before they left. I would, highly, recommend Tri-County Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof.

The result was excellent and the roofing crew was very professional, as well. The area was free from nails, debris, etc. upon clean up. We did find the price to be somewhat high compared to others using the same GAF shingle.

They did a really nice job. I would even say they went above and beyond. He gave us some insight on a leak in the garage that we thought was a roof issue but it wasn't. He really helped us out.

This was an Angie's list deal, roof inspection and repair. They were fantastic. Did a thorough examination and fixed what needed to be fixed. Said I didn't need any further work done and that the roof looked like it would be good for another 10 years. Could have easily sold me a major repair job (because I didn't know anything about roofing) but were very professional. Will definitely call them again.

He reassured me my roof would last another 40 years. He recommended that I have 2 minor repairs (replacing a shingle and repairing a vent). He suggested that I get a local company to do it, though, because it would be more expensive for him to do the repair mostly due to the travel cost since he's a ways away. He was professional, timely, and really knew his business.

VERY responsive, courteous, and professional. Great communication right through completion of the project. When I came home for lunch the day of the re-roofing, there were a few tools and materials on my sidewalk -- as might be expected. As I was leaving to return to work, I realized the crew had completely cleaned the sidewalk so that I would not have to step over or around anything. Although I didn't expect them to do that, it was another example of their attention to detail and to the customer's satisfaction. After job, lawn was cleaned to perfection. Within days after the project was completed, a company "quality control inspector" showed up and conducted a complete inspection of the roof and surrounding area. I have and will continue to recommend Tri-County Roofing without any reservations what-so-ever. Should be on the TOP of Angie's List!

Shannon was professional, knowledgable and very friendly. Estimate was reasonable and in line with what I expected. Work was done timely within 2 days of the estimate. He also gave me an estimate on replacing roof and approximately when that should be done.
