I wasn't present during the process, but when I arrived home after work, I was impressed at how respectful they were of my property (no cigarette butts or leftovers anywhere) and how well the job was done. 10/10, would recommend.

Amazing service. If everyone was like this gentlemen then we wouldn't need an Angie's List. Everything from the promptness of the estimate to the actual installation went without a hitch. It required no effort on my end other then making the initial call. I did have to wait a bit since the schedule was so full, but it was worth the wait. I haven't actually experience a rainfall yet, but this morning was the first morning I didn't have a puddle of morning dew dripping in front of the back porch door. The price was very fair. I have complete trust in this company and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Less than one day after I placed a call to Gutter Masters, someone came to my house and gave me a thorough estimate and an installation date was determined. Wetzel came to give me a quote the day I called him. We set a date to do the job and I left on vacation. When I got home the new gutters were installed and there was no evidence that anyone had been at the house. The installation looks great. Class A outfit.

If I recall correctly they came the n ext day to give an estimate and when I called to set up an appt it was within 3 days. They were there promptly and finished within 3 hrs. Great Job!

WOW! This was one of the best companies I've done business with. Called to set up time to get estimate they showed up and gave me the price on just what I asked for. No upselling of any kind with these guys. Called and gave the go ahead to them to do the work. I was told it would be a few weeks before they could get to my job. I was fine with that based on the fact that they had beat every other estimate i had gotten by a long shot. Get this heres the kicker , they call to say that they can come like 3 weeks before the date they had me when we set it up. The day they came I was not going to be home. Wendell said not a problem they would come and I could just send the check later. When I arrived home that day they had come installed new gutters and repaired what was there and the job looked awsome! A contractor that shows up does what he says he'll do and I didn't have to be there to hold his hand! That is hard to find and to think all this and no money up front or beating around the bushes on when they'll show up. The installation went pretty well, very fast and the price was fair based on several quotes obtained.

All went well. The site was surveyed several weeks prior during the repair of the woodwork. Work was very professional- precise, quick and neat.

They were quick, pleasant, honest and professional. I will use them again in correcting an existing problem that I have with one particular gutter.

Initial phone call was returned relatively quickly. Estimate was generated on time as promised. Once the order was given, it took them some time to get the gutters installed...that may have been due to a heavy workload. Our project had no deadline; however, it took a phone call to them to follow up and see when the actual install was happening. The billing was efficient after the product was delivered. Follow-up from the company to me after the service was good.

They ( inaudible 1:13:4) a good job for ( inaudible 1:14:2 to 1:15:0). It was about three weeks after I called them before it actually got scheduled. It was the only thing I didn't like. It took a long time between the estimate and actually getting it installed. The price was fair.

I would recommend Gutter Masters. They did a great job. He came promptly when we asked for an estimate. He showed up first thing in the morning and got the gutters installed the same day. I would use them again in the future.

The team came in and performed the work with minimal distraction and to a professional level. They cleaned up after themselves and the gutters add a nice touch to the home. The only element that would have been nice is if the gutter ends were a little more customized than just being a square with water coming out of it.

I called Gutter Masters of Charleston to receive a price estimate to install gutters and downspouts. Tommy Henderson came out the very next day to give me an estimate. I had also received other estimates, but Tommy was definitely the most knowledgeable and informative. He also gave me the location of several homes he had done in our area which I could check out. I thought his price was very fair for the size of the roof and porches and the height of the house. His company also provided a certificate of insurance for liability which is so important when someone is working on your roof line. They completed the job in two days as stated and the work environment was neat and clean. I would highly recommend Gutter Masters of Charleston. Thanks Tommy and Wetzel!
