I called and left a message asking for an estimate. I received a response within 24 hours and we set up an appointment with the estimator. He was quick, thorough, answered questions and completed the estimate within half an hour. He was also honest about when the work would be done, saying that they were backed up for approximately a month. I told him that we were getting two other estimates and I would get back to him. The other estimates did not give me a sense of confidence in the companies so we decided to go with Gutter Masters. They gave us an expected date of completion and we were fine with it. I asked that if they had a sudden cancellation and they could fit us in would they please call, no matter how short the notice. About two weeks before the designated date I received a call in the afternoon asking if they could come out the following morning to do the work. I agreed. The workers showed up within the time window we had arranged and began work immediately. They were efficient, polite, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that we were satisfied before presenting the invoice. We have had a couple of soaking rainstorms since the installation and everything works the way it's supposed to. We have nothing but good things to say about Gutter Masters and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Things went well -- receiving a quote was timely, professional, and the work was carried out quickly while I was away from home. I noticed after a few days that there was some standing water in the back gutter, so I asked them to come fix the pitch. It was done, but again while I was away from home, and I never received a note or call confirming they had come. Overall we were very satisfied, but more communication during and after the job would have been helpful.

Wetzel contacted me immediately after a request through Angie's list. He was very professional and came to my house to give me a quote with in days. I called him with a few questions which he answered and we set an installation date. I was out of town when he installed them and came home to wonderful gutters. He even just left an invoice for me to mail in payment. The gutters are working great 8 months later.

It took a little time to get the work done, due partly to their schedule, and I was schedule for one of the days the tropical storm hit, I could not be at home on the day they rescheduled, however they did the work anyway which was very convenient for me. The work they did looks great, and I feel real good about it, but a good rain will tell if I need to have them back to do additional work. Thanks Wetzel for a job well done!

Wetzel, the owner, provided an estimate the same day we called him, then came back promptly when we asked a couple of weeks later to make sure we had picked the correct gutter color to match our existing house trim. The crew showed up right on time as scheduled and did a great job, provided everything as agreed to, and did a good job of clean up. Very pleased and would use them in the future should we decide to decide to install gutters on the balance of the house.
