Description of Work: VERY VERY REASONABLE, arrived promptly, completed the repair quickly.

Description of Work: Built a 13x13 screened in porch on existing concrete pad. Everything went well. On time, quick and easy on my end.

Description of Work: I had a sunroom/Florida room. I would have given them all As but at the end it started to get sloppy. I was told to pick out tile at a certain shop, I did it immediately, and spent at least an hour doing so. By the time the tile was ready to place, it was out of stock. I was not well and was told I could wait for the tile of go to lowes and pick something else out. I said I'd wait as I took my time in picking out what I wanted. I was in no condition to go to lowes either. Next day the foreman comes to my house with 5 different tiles, I was told to pick one. I was bullied into choosing and then he said they would work over the weekend to get it done. I said no, I didn't want construction during my weekend. They showed up anyway. They forgot to replace my outside receptacle so it got placed after the fact and it looks stupid. I also had a side door placed in my garage. I asked that the two lights matched. They went out and bought a nice one and put the crappy old one back up as well. When I said that's not what I asked for, they went out and brought back the nice one and matched the crappy old light. Many mistakes were made along the way, the person who wrote up what I wanted, didn't write it correctly, so when they came out to do the work they followed the instructions, but they were wrong from the start. |They fixed it, but they made me feel like they were doing me a favor. I didn't understand the wording of the construction and trusted that he wrote down what I asked. |I also had recent surgery and had my pain pills out as I was recuperating on my couch. There were lots of people coming and going. My house is new construction and the punch list was being done as well. Of course, everyone denied taking and it's my own fault leaving them out, but I needed one and was being pulled in all directions because painters, plumbers, marble people were all there needing my attention. Instead of doing something, everyone just swept it under the rug not wanting to deal with theft. I called the company, asking what the policy was. I got this has never happened so it's not us.... Well if you do nothing about it and ignore the problem, of course you would have no record of any theft. | |I believe that the room is very good quality, I am just not happy how the ending went. I expected some integrity.

Description of Work: This company screened in and added polymer module windows to our back porch -- just wonderful! Makes the porch usable about 10 months a year now and keeps out most pollen and dirt! They offer a free replacement service if one gets tears and unfortunately our big cat did just that -- they replaced at no charge! Fabulous to work with - Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They "remodeled" our screened in porch turning it into a more usable all seasons room. The suggestions they provided were appropriate, including the addition of tile flooring to increase ease of cleaning.

Description of Work: Poured concrete patio. Salesman led us to believe he knew how to get HOA approval quickly and work would be done in 1-2 weeks. He was unable to get approval and homeowner had to handle it. It was a good 4-5 weeks before work was done. The actual patio looks great.

Description of Work: We got an estimate for Express Sunrooms to enclose our existing screened porch with vinyl windows and door and then screen in the extending patio slab.

Description of Work: They transformed my 10' X 10' screened porch into a 32' X 10 screened porch with an adjoining small concrete patio. The only thing that remains of my old porch are the roof, ceiling (with fan) and concrete floor. They also replaced my two bedroom windows with a sliding patio door that leads into the master bedroom. My 32' long screened porch now has 3 matching ceiling fans. I supplied the ceiling fans and the sliding patio door. The porch has 2 exterior doors leading out onto the patio and the backyard. They also installed an outside light at the corner of the porch (motion sensitive) and installed the necessary gutter work. The job looks very professional and the hot tub fits nicely.

Description of Work: converted a screened in porch to one enclosed with screens as well so it can be used even during the winter and so that the spring pollen won't be an issue. Work was done well. They wanted to make sure the product was installed and working properly so when one piece did not fit exactly right they had to reorder and come back to install that part. It did take several weeks for that to be done so instead of a one day job it took over 3 weeks to finish the job.

Description of Work: Designed and installed aluminum frame screen enclosure and new roof on existing elevated deck. Required tie-in to house roof. Enclosure roof included ceiling fan and two sky lights. Used stainless cabling for deck rails and rails on stairs to swimming pool area (a first for this contractor, I understand).

We had one small glitch that was fixed immediately after contacted. Price was definitely appropriate and worth the investment. Would highly recommend Express Sunrooms to anyone!!

Description of Work: They built us a fantastic screen room. They enclosed a large portion of our deck, also built new stairs down to ground level and put a patio made of pavers at the base of the stairs. They handled all of the permits.

Description of Work: This is a very professional company. They had pictures to choose the type of deck I was looking for. However, the price was way too high. Around 17,000.00. I deceided to get another estimate on a screened in carport. That price was way too high as well. around 10,000.

Description of Work: We inquired about getting an estimate for a screened in porch. The response time after emailing a request for someone to contact us was good, however, an appointment was made and no one showed up, no one called and 10 days later we still have heard nothing from them. Overall experience is poor!!!

Description of Work: We had a screen porch expanded to include a previously uncovered deck area. Initially we wanted just an extension of the existing infrastructure with a roof included. However, Michael presented additional options and we chose one that included a complete replacement of the wood with aluminum. This offered a better view, more strength, and a more consistent look – at a lower price than wood.
