Description of Work: Cleaned my home. Good for the most part. Asked to redo the faucets so they shined. After they left, I found a puddle of water in front of the shower. Overall, they did a nice job.

Description of Work: We recently moved into our house & it needed some deep cleaning. I purchased the deal for 3 hours of cleaning with the intention to start in the tough spots & see how far they made it. The scheduling was prompt & they easily accommodated a change once I realized that I had scheduled on a day that wouldn't work. The day of the cleaning they didn't show up on time, but they called (15 mins after they were supposed to be here) to let me know they were running behind & on their way. I was initially annoyed at this because I scheduled that time so the cleaning would not interfere with my son's nap time, but when they arrived it turned out to be 2 cleaners, so they said it would be 1.5 hours in that case, which was fine with me. The 2 ladies were both very nice and I explained what I needed & they got right to work. They did an OK job, we've had house cleaners before & the quality just wasn't what I expected. I can't give an A grade because even though I explained that the master bath was my main area of concern, after they left I still found mold in our shower soap dish and hair in the drain. To be fair, the bathroom was in desperate need of a good scrubbing, but to miss obvious mold just isn't acceptable & is the main reason I won't be using them for maintenance cleaning.

Description of Work: I was blown away by the work they did, and I do mean work. I had a spinal injury that has made it impossible for me to do some of the things that need doing (mopping, scrubbing tubs, etc). These ladies hit a home run for me. I would recommend them to my closest friends. Thank you Amy! Four stars rating from me.
