Bree-Z-Clean

I hired Amy and one of her mediocre helpers to deep clean a house we bought in Mount Pleasant. She was recommended by my realtor, so in deference to her, I cancelled another REPUTABLE company to use Bree Z Clean. My husband and I wanted this company to use green products because we have pets and it's more environmentally safe. She told our realtor that her idea of "green" was using Pine Sol. That should have been a 'red flag' that she wasn't up to par with what we wanted for our home, but we were so swamped with other things, I decided to go ahead with Bree Z Clean. Amy, the owner, arrived late and when I specified that I wanted certain things cleaned, she told me she wouldn't do them. I wanted everything cleaned including grout, cabinets inside and out, floors, etc, basically to sanitize the house post COVID. She balked at everything I asked her to do. The entire time they were at our home Amy talked very loudly to her co-worker, explaining how to clean and she also called a number of her friends and 'shot the breeze' with them. She has a very loud voice and it was very un-nerving, not to mention obnoxious. Especially because she was in our house with us here unpacking from our cross-country move from Los Angeles AND our pets were terrified by her presence. My husband and I kept looking at each other like "can you believe how loud she is??" Another thing we asked of her was that she should be conscious that our pets had just moved across the country and were trying to get settled and we have cats, so we didn't want her to let them out because they are indoor cats. After this woman left, we saw that she had removed a panel (and didn't put it back) in our bathroom and our cats had escaped into the walls of our home. Also she left without saying she was done or good bye or thanks or anything. Very odd behavior to us. We immediately called her to tell her our cat was missing and why had she left the panel off and her response was "OH CRAP." Then she never followed up with us to make sure we found our cat and if he was safe. We finally coaxed our cat(s) out from under the wall in the bathroom and we were furious that Amy at Bree z clean was so flippant about him being gone. Especially after we had very specifically told her to make sure the cats were safe. The only "cleaning" Amy and her helper did was bring dust mops and dust the floors and cob webs. And since she left, I have found many cobwebs. When she was cleaning cob webs, she stepped up on my stove (to get one of those cobwebs) with her dirty sneakers on (and she's a big woman) and I was mortified that her filthy shoes were on our stove and our sink. And she didn't go back and wash it! ! I was so disgusted by her. We will never use her again. She charged us $300.00 for nothing. I have since had to hire another company to come in and clean. I won't ever hire this person who claims to have a legit cleaning business.

Not super impressed. I am very peculiar. She was nice enough, but I was expecting to have an amazing job done. They did not wow me, that's for sure. She could have done a better job. I'm an service provider, I'm a designer. I believe you leave everything in better shape, than what you found it. The light fixture is in an certain angle, and not to place it back to the original angle. That is a neat service. She did not do a I bad job, if you just want your house clean. I am super peculiar. I hate that I had to adjust everything, and place a book on the wrong table. If I had a house full of boys, and didn't care. I live alone, and would like everything put back right. She didn't do a bad job, just not enough for me. She called me right away. You get one shot, otherwise I find it frustrating.

I have been using Bree-z-clean for over a year now very 2 weeks. I am very happy with their service especially since I now have the same team. There were a few hiccups when a couple of employees left but Amy was able to regroup and get some good new people. They are reliable and honest.

It went okay. They did as much as they could do and did a lot. There was a little bit of situation but she was able to come out as quickly as I needed it. I was selling a house and I really wanted help getting some clean up, so I was wanting her almost immediately but it was probably maybe a week and a half later. The workers were nice.

Excellent. Very thorough and attentive

They come every two weeks. For the most part, they do a really good job. There is one minor issue that I was planning to talk to the manager about but it is not really a big deal. They are extremely punctual, professional, friendly and the owner is detail oriented. They always give me notice if they need to schedule for on reason of another.

They were great. I had a big room that my step son lived in that hadn't been cleaned in probably five years so they helped me sort everything and gave it a deep clean. Their regular price is pretty steep.

As usual, my house was clean and everything was put back in order.

fantastic !!! Another house cleaning service quoted me " at least 400..maybe more " for the same job done by these folks . Owner Amy Grannon was wonderful .

They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone.

She is just a WONDERFUL person, as well as a great service provider. We have used her twice and plan on using her forever once we get settled into our new house. She and her crew have the PERFECT personality blend needed for house cleaning. What I mean is she is friendly, but doesn't talk your head off. She has an outstanding work ethic. She just doesn't mess around. She comes in, cleans her butt off, chats for a few and then off to the next house. Seriously, you can't go wrong using her.

Overall was pleased for the time and the price.

It was ok. They didn’t listen to my instructions. I asked them not to vacuum but they did. I wanted to get the stuff done that I don’t normally do, like focus on the toilets, bathtub, dust the house, windows, and ceiling fans. I had to reschedule a couple of times and she was fine with that. I even left a note on what I wanted them to do.

Could not be happier with my house when they were through. They did a great job!

She is very fast and very efficient. She comes in and she does her job and moves on. She doesn’t waste time and she doesn’t mind taking direction. She is willing to work with you and she wants to make sure she gets it done to your satisfaction. She is very quiet, very nice and well-kept cleaning lady. Her pricing is probably about average. Her price is probably about whatever everybody else is charging.

She responded immediately and we had a good conversation. I am just waiting to use them.

Amy was amazing! She cleaned non-stop for the three hours she was contracted for. This was a gift for an elderly friend and she LOVED this "Mom"s Day Gift"! Amy, thanks for making this such a special gift for a very deserving friend.

I bought this special in the beginning of the week and when I made the request for cleaning service today, never in a million years did I think I would get it, but I did!!! Amy and Amber arrived promptly at my home. They were very friendly and professional and brought all of their own cleaning supplies. I requested that a lot of cleaning attention/detail be placed on my plantation shutters along with a general cleaning of the whole house. They were at my house for approximately three hours and did an excellent job. The only thing I didn't care for was the fact that I think they used vinegar as a cleaning product and I don't care for the smell of vinegar?but everything was really clean, so I guess I shouldn't complain :)?I plan on scheduling a cleaning from them again, possibly on a bi-weekly basis. My quoted price for cleaning is reasonable.

He did an excellent job and he's very open.

Amber arrived promptly at 8:30 am as promised. She was polite and attentive to my requests, working first on the bathrooms, the bedroom, the kitchen, then the dining room, and living room, working from the back to the front, tackling the more difficult areas first. She was thorough, cleaning under furniture, dusting blinds and windows, vacuuming and mopping floors as requested. She completely all my items, then mopped the floor and left, taking a total of about 3 hours.

Good job. Using their service again in November

They showed up on time. Very friendly and detailed. She had a trainee with her and made sure she was cleaning things to a high standard. If it was not done right she had it done again. They stayed a little bit past the scheduled time at no charge because they were moving a little bit slower because of the training. Overall very good job and will have their service again.

My landlord was satisfied with their cleaning.

I could not be more excited about my home being this clean again. Unfortunately, I am to far from her territory to have her come back on a regular contract, but even knowing that from the beginning, they fit me in to clean my home. Thanks Bree-Zee- Clean, Jack.
