Mark came in, surveyed my house, and told me what I should look for in hoods, then he came back and did the install in just a few hours, once the hood arrived. The job was performed perfectly and everything looks great afterwards (almost as if the hood came with the house). Really happy and would recommend him 100 percent."

"first wall oven delivered was supposedly a new floor model. was not working 2 days after. checked serial # and found out it was a 2013 model. took 4 months to replace with a less expensive new model which was installed sticking out of the cabinet 3-4 ". No refund ever given for the overcharge. No response to texts except to say he was coming but never showed up. both his cell and office number cannot accept messages as the mailbox is always full. 7 months later I am $700.00+ not refunded, no response, and an oven sticking out of the cabinet........"
