+ 0 morefirst wall oven delivered was supposedly a new floor model. was not working 2 days after. checked serial # and found out it was a 2013 model. took 4 months to replace with a less expensive new model which was installed sticking out of the cabinet 3-4 ". No refund ever given for the overcharge. No response to texts except to say he was coming but never showed up. both his cell and office number cannot accept messages as the mailbox is always full. 7 months later I am $700.00+ not refunded, no response, and an oven sticking out of the cabinet........

+ -1 moreHe showed us a hole in a small hose that he believed was causing flooding form the bottom of the washer. We thought it was fixed. We did two loads of laundry that night and the flooding was worse than ever. I called the company multiple times the day after, no response. I sent an email and left a voice mail, no response. We paid $200 and have to hire another company to try and fix it. I am very disappointed in Adv Appliance repair.
Description of Work: We had Martin come and "fix" the washer.

Description of Work: The company is totally disorganized. They missed several appointments which required customer follow up w/ the manufacturer and them. There were several appliances involved, one being the oven. The replaced part failed. It took weeks for replacement requiring us to follow up, seems the part was in their shop misplaced for some time. The freezer drawer in our refrigerator failed. The parts were ordered by them and sent to our house, they ordered the wrong parts. It took a long time to get for them to get the parts and set an appointment which was a no show. There were several of those and reset appointments.That was the end for us. This all started mid January 2014 and we ended it June 9th. Way too many excuses, no shows, appointment resets, etc. There was also negative talk about other customers was very unprofessional.
