I was very pleased with the service. Cale came on a Thursday and had to come back on Friday with assistance since the evaluation was a two man job. He spent the time necessary to ensure he found the problem. After determining that the problem may be under warranty, Cale simply charged the service call fee and allowed me to follow up with the warranty. If it turns out that it is not under warranty, Ace Maintenance and Cale will be my first phone call.

The service was thorough and professional. Interaction was courteous and personable.

Tech said it was bearing gone bad. He said, based on the age of the washer, six years old, and cost of replacement part, >$300, plus labor cost, he would not recommend repairing.

The technition said that the washer needed a part that was no longer being made. He added that it was just a matter of time before the matching dryer failed. We only paid for a service call to the nice young man who came to see us.

We have used this co before for a dishwasher repair. They were professional and reasonable. However, when we reached out for a different repair, we never received a response. Called on several occasions no response. We won't use them again.

Cale and Jeff came and, of course, the microwave was working. They told me if it happened again, they would come again and I would not have to pay the diagnostic fee again. It did happen again. Cale came alone and was able to determine that it was indeed the microwave. He did not want to attempt removing the microwave without assistance, to prevent it from falling and breaking our cooktop. He rescheduled that week and they came and found the problem. They were honest and informative. They were also happy workers and very polite.

Quick response to request for service! Appointment scheduled to our liking. Washing machine problem diagnosed quickly. When a part cost $15 more than quoted we were consulted first, before Cale secured the part. Technician was polite and effective. Machine restored to use same day despite living 20 mi;es + from supply source. We'll utilize Ace again!

I used this company for a dish washer repair a couple years ago, so I knew this was exactly who I wanted to call when my dryer needed to be repaired. Small company of honest workers with reasonable prices - what more could you want? Bonus: I called to make the appointment and a few hours later my dryer is now working again! Definitely a happy customer!

He told my wife what the problem was and fixed it! He didn't try to pad the price and was very professional in his service.

Okay. After first repair, had to return to fix leak and repairman's comment was made that he should have checked it on the first visit. Only concern was that we never received a written estimate before work began. An itemized bill was sent to us electronically after verbal bill had been paid. Cleaning up behind themselves was a small issue -- black fingerprints on ice container in freezer after work. But I would use them again. Quick to schedule and very polite

Fixed it. Friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen. Billing was electronic, with email receipt, making the whole transaction very smooth, quick and professional.

It went great. They were a couple of hours later than expected. But it wasn't a problem for us.

Ace came out the afternoon we called and immediately knew what was wrong. They ordered the parts and said that it might take 7-10 days to get the parts - that was their experience with GE parts. However, the parts came in 2 days later and we scheduled them for that afternoon. They came out, installed the parts, and everything is working great. They were very professional and definitely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!!

Very professional and courteous. I called in the morning and they were able to come by that same afternoon. They kept me posted about what time they would arrive. They were able to diagnose the problem and provide a temporary solution as well as a reasonable estimate for a more permanent repair.

Ace was great, came to diagnose within a couple days of my call. The "board" controlling water etc. was inconsistently working and needed replacement. The part was obtained and Ace installed the next day, to my relief. Very pleased with the service, the speed, and professionalism.

I called Ace and didn't get through until at least the third call. He had just had a cancellation and came right out. I was relieved because I was loading a UHaul the next day to move to another state and the refrigerator was part of the house purchase. It needed to be working and I couldn't find anyone available to fix it. He answered all my questions and completed the job that afternoon. I was very relieved.

They arrived on time, and were able to diagnose the problems with our dishwasher quickly. Instead of having to replace the dishwasher water pump, they were able to flush it out and now it's working like a champ again. The whole job took about 45 minutes. Highly recommended for large and small appliance repair! Thanks guys!
