We thank you for giving us the opportunity to impress you with our PRISTINE cleaning! And we thank you for providing valuable feedback to our future Angie's List clients. We enjoyed meeting you and we are happy we could help with the cleaning before your renter moved into your home. We were puzzled when we read your review, because you gave us a B rating overall, a B rating on the price, and a B rating on the quality of our cleaning. As far as the price is concerned, we were able to completely clean an entire restroom, floor-to-ceiling, clean the kitchen floor-to-ceiling, clean your half bathroom, scrub all of the baseboards upstairs, and vacuum and mop the floors in the entire house. Our 4 hour special that you purchased states that “Four hours is usually sufficient for a detailed cleaning of two to three demanding rooms, depending upon size; for example a master bathroom, kitchen, and half bath (including hand cleaning all trim, light fixtures, exterior of cabinets and appliances, shower/tub, sinks, toilet, counters, floors and more from ceiling to floor).” Especially considering you purchased our 4 hour special at a discounted rate, we feel that you received an excellent value. It simply is not possible to clean an entire home in 4 hours, not to the PRISTINE standards we accomplish. Speaking of our PRISTINE standards, you are the first person to give us a B rating for the quality. We are terribly sorry that you felt our cleaning warranted a B rating, because our goal is to leave our clients 100% satisfied. We wish that you would have given us the opportunity to earn an A rating by telling us where we missed the mark. After we finished cleaning, we walked through the house and showed you everything that we had cleaned, and you told us that everything looked great. And now in your review, you didn't share any comments to explain why you gave us a B rating, and this review comes nearly 3 months after we cleaned. On top of that, your review says you would hire us again. At the end of the day, we are happy that you would hire us again and give us another chance to receive an A rating. If you decide to hire us again, we will do our very best to earn an all A review from you. On behalf of Angie’s List and their members, we thank you for being a valuable part of the review process.

We don’t often speak about our personal beliefs, because we know many people like to keep business separate. Yet, our beliefs are a part of who we are at all times. Description of Work: They are amazing. Nothing they do is typical. They are the true old fashion, get in every corner, elbow grease cleaners. Honest, hard working, very throuough, detailed cleaners. They sent me picture of issue they found, things that even I was not aware of. Great communicators. |I feel blessed to have them taking care of our home.
