we couldn't be more pleased with the job that Kitchen Tune-Up did.... from the initial contact and estimate from the owner Jesse Swanson (who was kind, patient and oh so helpful) , to his wife Jennifer calling and e-mailing with updates on how the project was coming along. The workers they sent us (Al and Mike) were professional, friendly and courteous , very neat (always cleaned up after themselves each day) and just a joy to work with it. and what I have to add is that halfway through the project a family emergency came up that I had to leave them alone at my house for hours at a time and never once did I feel nervous about it, they were totally trustworthy!! (that is a big plus in my books!!) I highly recommend them!

The result was fabulous. It was a night and day difference. I just wish we had done it long before we listed our house to sell so that we could enjoy the "newness" for much longer! Jesse and Jennifer were always available when I needed them and the guys that handled the installation were great. Prompt, respectful, detail oriented and funny! We couldn't have been happier with the whole process. I recommended them to my neighbor that was moving and needed a "face-lift" on her bathroom cabinets and she was just as pleased

I would highly recommend their services. They don't come cheap but they did more than we contracted for, they did everything they promised to do, they were efficient, neat and professional. We contracted for a certain date and Jesse called a week ahead and asked if they could reschedule for 5 days later. We agreed to the short delay as we are retired and it didn't matter to us. He called the morning of the job and told us that his associate would be at our house at 9 am and that he would be there shortly after. That is exactly what happened. They worked hard all day, never stopping. They not only cleaned and polished the cabinets, they made sure all the hinges were working properly and polished the counter tops and the chrome front of the stove and dishwasher. They made our kitchen look like new!!!!

Jesse is a wonderful person to work with. His staff is fantastic. He understands the need of his customer and goes out of his way to meet those needs. Would trust him to do any work related projects in my house.

Work started on time each day and was completed in about a week. I highly recommend this company. Jesse was extremely helpful and answered his phone immediately if I called.

They did an outstanding job - and all while I was out of town. I am usually a person who would NEVER let people in my house to do work without my supervision. Jesse and his crew were reliable and worked expertly and with great integrity.

He was a very nice young man. We just decided to go with some one else just because of price and timing. He was very prompt coming out. We thought the quote was a little high. We were getting quotes from other folks. Very nice young man but we just decided to go different way. They were very good but we had to go the other way.

I think it was nice and everything. It was fine. We ended up talking wall roof for the kitchen and then we got some people that knew some people. He was really nice and workable. I thought he was reasonable.

Both Jesse and Ernie did good work. They did everything as promised in my home in Summerville in Ashborough East.. If something was brought to their attention, they immediately acted to please the customer. Kitchen looks great and a lot less expensive than new cabinets. If you have not tried refacing old cabinets, you are missing out on a hidden jewel that saves money and looks like brand new. I highly recommend them. Update on Feb. 2013- Thought you might like to know how the cabinets are holding up. This cabinet refacing material by 3M is unbelievable. We bought white and were afraid about keeping it clean. Jesse was correct. The dirt wipes right off the surface. The cabinets surfaces are holding up great. If people could see how good this stuff looks, they would never spend the money on new cabinets. In fact, everybody believes they are brand new cabinets and they were more than half the cost of new cabinets. Great job Jesse and Ernie!

Overall it went smoothly from beginning to end.

The contact person’s name is Jesse Swanson and he’s from Michigan. I’m looking at spending about $4500 on their services. The cabinet company sent the wrong door and so that’s actually the last thing that has to be done. That was delivered I think last week. Jesse’s guys have been busy and he’s going to be here this week. I cannot say enough good things about him and the men who work for him. They are so efficient and so neat. I cannot say enough for them. I will absolutely use their services again in the future without hesitation. Jesse’s workmen were excellent. They were on time and they were clean. They did any cutting or measuring out in the garage, so I wouldn’t have a mess. They were good. They do all kinds of work. Actually I found them from the advertisement in the local newspaper and I just took a chance. I had called a few other people and I didn’t even like the response, but Jesse was very good.
