It was perfect, they were amazing. Everyone should use them.

We renovated an old ranch into an office. The kitchen was outdated and in need of repair. They refaced the cabinets and made excellent suggestion regarding modifying drawers for better functionality. They listened to our needs/wants. Work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. It looks like new! We are now having them come to our home for cabinet modifications in laundry room and a repair in the kitchen.

Love the cabenets. Kitchen seens like new. Very professioal from start to finish. Responsive and eager to besure you are completely satisfied with the job and product.

As scheduled nice finished product. The workmen used our kitchen sink to wash their tools/brushes and did not get the paint off. They should have Never used our stainless sink to the septic tank but should have cleaned everything outdoors or off property.

Jesse was very pleasant and professional. He was on time for our initial appointment and always did what he said he was going to do. His workers were prompt and personable and they finished the job in a day and a half and cleaned everything up. Our kitchen looks brand new for a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Jesse and Jennifer to anyone wanting a quality product and a great experience.

Kitchen tuneup did an outstanding job!! From the initial consultation to the finished product my wife and I were extremely happy. The installers were very professional, punctual and the work area was spotless when they left. The owners were very easy to deal with. I would definitely use them again. Bottom line - they did the job extremely well, on time, and at the price they originally quoted.

The job took five days because the cabinets had to be sanded, primed, and two coats of paint applied before they could work on the drawers/cabinet doors. The two men who worked on the job (Alan and Travers) were professional, polite, and respectful of our home. They took great care to minimize the dust from sanding plus they used a heavy paper to cover the kitchen counters and the floors in both the kitchen and the hallway. After the job was completed they cleaned up everything. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and would use them again,

They haven't started the work at this point, but so far so good. Dealing with them has been hassel free.

First of all, Jesse Swanson is the consummate professional. Not only is he highly personable but he expects and demands only the highest quality final product. He has trained his employees to meet the most exacting detail. I had him work on two different kitchens within six months, both requiring entirely different treatments and in both cases the Kitchen TuneUp product and service exceeded every one of my expectations on every level. His employees are polite, clean, and friendly. I could not consider recommending another group more!!!! FIVE STARS!

The work was done promptly and the workmen were wonderful to work with and competent in their skills. Any issues or concerns were promptly dealt with. They had many wonderful suggestions that made the final outcome even better than I had expected. They will do as little or as much work as you want done. Great company to work with

OMG! These guys are so amazing to work with. Jesse came out and did the initial measuring and estimate, basically laid out how the process works, how long it takes to do the install and was very accommodating with my very very many questions. He also offered his availability, as well as Jennifer's, for any questions or concerns I might have during the process.; assured me he would be overseeing the project;t and that he has great guys that do great work who had worked with him for a while. The date of the install happened exactly when it was scheduled too. And the total time for the install which had been expected to take five days took only 3! When does that ever happen!!. There were a few issues with a drawer face that had gotten damage in transit as well as some of the doors had swelled and were rubbing. As soon as the door came in, they came right back out fixed all the doors that were rubbing as well as installing the drawer front. I had asked if they could replace the quarter round throughout the rest of the kitchen and half bath as I just had tile put down, and they happily did it for a very reasonable price. They did a great job with that too! I would recommend this company to everyone -- from start to finish it was a absolutely great experience. This company understands the importance of customer service and quality workmanship!!!

Excellent company to work with. The work was exceptional down to the last detail. Working with Jesse and Jennifer Swanson was a pleasure and their crew was meticulous.

The whole process was very professional from the initial estimate and measurement of the cabinets. They were willing to work with me on the financing with down payment and the remainder due when the project was complete. They also were very accommodating working with my schedule. The installation process was very easy, they arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. The installers noticed that we received a damaged door, so they ordered a replacement door. Within a few weeks, they came back out to replace the damaged door with a new one. Everyone that comes to the house is amazed at how good it looks!

in one word- GREAT! jesse had excellent ideas from the start as to how i could better take advantage of space. he was open to discussion of what would work for me, what the best approach would be and how we could accomplish this on the budget i had in mind. daily crew of men were prompt, professional and eager to please.small changes occurred during the process, such as paint color in certain areas, lighting etc, they took everything in stride and made it happen. all was as neat and clean as possible at the end of each work day in the middle of a large renovation. the best thing was they did what they said they would do, in the time we had agreed on and at the price agreed on.even with the little changes that happened mid-work , i spent an additional $200 dollars, amazing!!!!! i have already recommended them to a friend with a large renovation and he has contracted them based on my experience. i am detail oriented and i will admit very "picky" and they passed my test!

The entire experience from beginning to end was a delight! It began with Jesse (the business owner) coming out to take the measurements and taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay. He not only listened, but he gave me everything that I asked for and then some. Very professional and very friendly. His guys came out for the installation and they were just as nice as Jesse. The turnaround time was very fast and convenient. They were very punctual and professional and did their job. Anytime I called the office everyone that I encountered on the phone was pleasant, professional, and very friendly. I have referred kitchen tune-up to everyone that will stop and listen. Again, everything from beginning to end was fantastic, including the final product and the price which are the two most important things. I would use them a million times over.

The Kitchen Tune Up staff were all great ! They were very helpful in scheduling and taking care of all the details- The whole staff were very professional, timely and courtious. The cabinets are beautiful . The quality is exceptional as was the professional workmanship of the staff We are so happy with our new kitchen-

I cannot say enough good things. Jesse came out and provided the initial estimate. I purchased a higher end cabinet door but Jesse wanted to ensure that I saw the less expensive ones as well, which showed me the company was very ethical. The installer Chris was always on time, pleasant and careful around my house. Another person came in after the project was over and put on the hardware. In addition to their skill and competence, I would like to endorse them for their flexibility. Because I misunderstood the dates, we had to break up the project into two separate weeks. Kitchen Tune Up was very flexible and worked with my schedule to keep everything comfortable and on track. I would use them again in a minute. As a matter of fact, I am waiting on the estimate for my master bath!

The cabinets turned out better than I had expected and everyone was very professional. They did very good work and are very honest.

One of the doors had a split in it, which they did not take down. They didn't finish the trim on the bottom of the island because they ran out of trim. They said they would get more and complete, which they never did. The owner was nice and was here twice but never came back to review the final work. They showed up twice to my home without giving me prior notice.

They were fabulous. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The designer did a gorgeous job. The owners of the firm are a wonderful couple and the workers were corteous and great.

The owner, Jesse, met with me in April to give me a bid and explain what would take place in the process, how long it would take, and to schedule the service. He asked for 3 days, but he said work is usually complete in 2 days. The workers arrived on-time and were very professional. One crew came in and removed the old cabinets. They taped the entryway, all countertops, and the area in a bedroom where they stored the new materials. The next crew came in to install the new facings. That crew came back the next day to finish up the detail work. One of the workers noticed that one of the drawers was falling apart and he just took it upon himself to fix it. Finally, the crew cleaned up everything when the job was complete. The only glitch in the entire process is that one of the doors was too large. The contractor was on the phone in minutes special ordering the new door. It arrived in 2 days and the kitchen is perfect now! This is the first time that I have tried refacing cabinets. But it is so economical when compared to replacing the entire works. I plan to use this company again next year to reface all of the cabinet drawers and doors in my 4 bathrooms. If you want it done right, Kitchen Tune-up is the right choice.

I wrote an initial review with a "B" for punctuality. Yes, guys were often late, but I need to add that they had a long drive from James island to mt. Pleasant with heavy traffic at times. That's not their problem. In the company's defense, they were kind enough to call or email and keep us posted about the guys being late and/or when they were on their way. With that being said, I retract the "B" for punctuality because they were very courteous at all times to keep us informed. Great company, Jesse and Tammy are so pleasant to work with, and we'll be using them in the near future for a bathroom remodel. The guys did impeccable work with great attention to detail and precision every step of the way.

I do not live in Charleston full time so the scheduling of estimates and subsequent work was a bit of a dance, but Jesse and his crew were accommodating and worked within my time frames. I was originally just looking for a basic re-face of the older cabinets but Jesse came up with some great ideas to move a few things, create more space and go with a two tone cabinet look that I would never have thought of. So I ended up doing more than I had planned, but they never pushed to sell more, just offered ideas and gave me plenty of time to think about it. Mike was the head of the crew and he was awesome - so I would ask for him in a heartbeat. Everyone he had working on the job was very nice and very trustworthy - I had no problem giving them a key and letting them come and go as needed if I was gone for most of the day. The job was not without a few bumps in the road - no one should ever do a job like this and not expect something to crop up - and I certainly harassed Jesse about some final details. But he took care of all of them and the finished product is pretty great. I would highly recommend Kitchen Tune-up.

The service was great. One worker came out and sometimes he had a helper. They completed the work in two days.
