This was a very professional job. The online deal was for four rooms at a cost of $119.00, and we added a long hallway and a bathroom for an extra $75.00. John was friendly, punctual and performed an excellent service. We are very pleased with them and would definitely use them in the future as well as recommend them to others.

Super nice people! Came and did my kitchen floor, two bathroom and two small areas of tile. Did a fantastic job. I had canceled my morning appointment as I was feeling bad. Left message that afternoon to see if they could come then. They text me back and worked it out to come on over. Super nice, honest son and Mom team. I have to say I have never been disappointed using Angie's list. I always get Quality care with Angie's businesses.

It went extremely well. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants carpet cleaning done. I will use them again when i get dirty carpets. The carpets dried quickly as well. They were very clean.

John made the appointment with me by email and confirmed by phone. He was very professional and on time and did an outstanding job cleaning all the carpets and removing the stains. I will definitely use his services again and recommend him.

They did an excellent job and the carpets looked brand new. Also, they were dry within a few hours instead of all day like some companies I have used.

It went really well. The technicians arrived on time and went right to work. They worked efficiently and did a great job and extracted all of the water. They were prompt to set up an appointment and arrived right as scheduled. They also made some recommendations for some other work I needed done. There recommendations were spot on! 5I paid him to clean the carpet for the VFW (a donation). The carpet was very dirty, having soft drinks, beer, wine and food spills and stains. He got the carpet completely clean, using very little water. John has done work for us with our rental properties. He does wonders on carpets.

That was an excellent and very good. He came right when he said he would. He did a very good and clean job. I am very impressed with him and didn't take him long either. He was reliable. His price was reasonable.

They were good. It was a family business and he had his mom with him and his mom did the upstairs while he did the downstairs. They really took the time to make sure they got behind the furniture. They removed furniture and cleaned under it and anything. It was definitely above and beyond. I haven't had any problems.

Called John at Palmetto Carpet and Tile Cleaners and he was able to work us into his busy schedule that day. He is a very nice and personable young man. Carpets had not been cleaned in years. When John finished cleaning the carpets they looked like new. We will absolutely call him on a regular basis to clean our carpets.

Wonderful experience. They went out of their way to work with us and get the job done before we moved into our new house. Would recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. The carpets looked brand new after they were done and my husband and I couldn't be happier!!!

They arrived precisely when they said they would. John and Eloise explained their procedure to me and helped me move a couple of heavier items (I had already moved all the lighter furniture). Then they got to work, first vacuuming the rugs, cleaning them, then vacuuming them again. I was amazed at how good my old rugs looked. They were pretty dingy, and after John and Eloise finished they look almost like new. They had said the job would take about an hour and a half, and that's precisely how long it took. John and Eloise were professional and pleasant. I will definitely use them again; I already asked John to give me an estimate on cleaning my sofas and chairs, and I plan to have him back for that job.

Worker shampooed all wall to wall carpets, explained to us how to keep it clean. He moved some furniture and worked around other. Also cleaned some furniture

The service was wonderful. They were actually really great. I would them know about the furniture moving issue. It's not really bad for us cause we didn't have to it very far cause part of our house is in hardwood, but I can see how if someone had like an entire house in carpet that might be an issue. They had whole bunch of steps to their process in cleaning, it was super effective so that's probably why I would suggest again. We're actually gonna use them again if we ever need their services. We even had an entire bottle of red wine spilled on our light carpet, so there was a significant stain from that and the chemicals that they used got it out and you can't even tell it's there at all.

We were pleased with the carpet cleaning which covered about 800 square feet (the family room, a hallway, and the walking areas in two bedrooms). He was able to get the recent dog stains out of our carpet which was a pleasant surprise.

John arrived early and ready to get to work. He explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job. My carpet was dry within a few hours and it looked like new. I will definitely use them again.

When making the appointment he was very prompt and professional with communications. He was able to set up a time with a week before Thanksgiving. I moved the small furniture from the rooms and left the large stuff where it was and asked him to clean the areas around them. He arrived right on time went right to work after introducing himself and going over what he would be doing. He explained the work he would be doing and then started. I have large dogs that live in the house and one of them had just made a big mess the day before. I was very happy with the job he did and will definitely be using his service again. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Palmetto Carpet returned our initial phone call almost immediately. He was available when we needed him. He called an hour before he was scheduled to see if he could come early, which was great for us. He did exactly what he said he would do. All we did was move the dining room furniture as we discussed before he got here and he did the rest. Our carpets looked good and furniture looked really good when he finished. Our furniture was a big concern because it wasn't in the best shape when he started working. Palmetto Carpet did a fantastic job with my furniture. You could visibly see the difference and my furniture was fresh and beautiful when he left. I was very pleased with his work, punctuality and very pleasant man to work with.
