Mr. Herrin answered my request for a quote promptly. He notified us when he was on his way to our home and arrived promptly. He gave detailed information about what would be done and found some stains that we were unaware of and cleaned them up also. The carpets look great. Would definitely hire him again.

John called us to let us know what time he would be at our house after getting a description of the work we needed done and quoted us a range. He let us know he was on the way for our appointment and after inspecting the rooms quoted us a fair price. He managed to clean all our surfaces in several hours and they looked amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair price for amazing work. He used new equipment that tried almost immediately. Probably not the cheapest but well worth the difference.!!!!!

These guys were awesome!!! They were ON TIME, did a GREAT JOB, and were finished in 55 minutes. And, let me say, they are correct when they say they use VERY LOW MOISTURE. Had had a nationwide company (SS) do this for me last time.....they messed up freshly painted walls and the house smelled like a wet dog for days. NOT THIS TIME.....Carpets smelled GREAT and were 100% dry in 1 1/2 hours! Definitely kept their card for future use!!! Also cleaned the grout in one bathroom and it looks great!!!

John did an excellent job. The job was quick but incredibly thorough. Carpet looks nearly new again. Cost slightly more than the cheapo Craigslist steam truck guys but FAR better. I will no longer search for carpet cleaners in the future, I've found the only one I need.

Well, but a couple of spots were missed and no furniture was moved in one of the room so places were missed.

Terrific. John always immediately kept me in the loop as far as scheduling and arrival. He did a superb job, much better than previous carpet cleaners I have used. His price was very reasonable as well. He even got out some stains we were worried about.

John did a fantastic job and the appointment process was easy. He checked in via text message to the day of the appointment to confirm and sent another one when he was on his way. The carpets never looked better! John also provide us with some very helpful information about keeping the carpets cleaned. Definitively would recommend to anyone needing carpets or rugs cleaned.

They called me the day before to cancel because they had overbook. They were willing to reschedule but to me it didnot make sense for me to do this.

It went great. John came on time and worked hard to get our house cleaned. As well as I can tell, he gave everything a good deep clean. He also worked 'around' a major landscaping job and the workers and vehicles in our cul-de-sac without skipping a beat. He was very courteous and professional.

John was very professional and did a great job in cleaning our carpet. I was most happy with the results on the carpet on the screened in back porch. Our lab had tracked a lot of dirt on it and now it looks almost new. I would be happy to recommend their service.

One thing I especially like about this company is that, if you ask, they won't add the deodorizer. I'd rather just have clean carpets without a flowery smell, so that's what I got! They were on time, did a fabulous job. This is the 2nd time I've used them and I'm very pleased.

My carpets had not been cleaned in awhile, so they were in need of a good cleaning. Palmetto did an excellent job. Arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Carpets dried very quickly. They look great.

John was very professional. We had used his service previously and had been very happy with his work the times before. He has scheduled us within just a few days. He showed up right on time and was very courteous. He spend an extensive amount of time cleaning and treating the carpet to get it looking it's very best. He used several different methods to identify different types of stains he was dealing with and use whatever was needed to remove them. When he was done and the carpet was dry it was amazing how good he had made it look. I haven't mentioned it but this carpet is also at least 15yrs old too, and we have always had large dogs living in the house. We have since had 3 different realtors to the house for interviews getting ready to list it and all 3 of them have commented on how good the carpet looks. Even commenting that it looked almost new. I think that says a lot for the job that John did. He also doesn't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need, such as extra treatments and such, unless of course your particular situation needs them. Which ours did this last. In summary, I would highly recommend that if you really want your carpets cleaned to the best degree possible for a very fair price give him a call.
