They were very professional and courteous, did a great job and got most of a red stain out of my son's carpet. I have given their name and phone number to our former landlord at our move out inspection when she asked because the company that she has used the past is no longer in service. John arrived on time and got right to work. He cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet and treated a pet spot that needed attention. We were pleased and satisfied with the professional job and felt more confident in having the house on the market.

Work was scheduled promptly after purchasing a deal through Angie's List. The day the work was scheduled, John contacted us to see if they could come earlier which worked out great for us. He and his wife arrived on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. They worked extremely efficiently and were done in no time. Without a doubt, we'd use them again for carpet cleaning.

This was a between renters carpet cleaning job. Previous renter had four kids and a dog and the carpet was filthy; Standard beige/tan carpet that was almost black in large areas throughout. We were convinced we would have to replace the carpet but decided to try cleaning first. We took advantage of an Angie's List/Palmetto Carpet &Tile Cleaners deal which was the best decision we could have made. They responded immediately and scheduled our cleaning promptly. They arrived at the promised time and were professional and courteous. The results were simply amazing. The carpet is now completely free of stains, smells fresh and looks new again. I highly recommend Palmetto Carpet & Tile Cleaners; will use them again; and will refer friends.

I LOVED the fact that this was a husband/wife team! John and Paige were exactly on time. They were friendly, yet professional. They assessed the situation quickly and cleaned the carpets thoroughly, taking extra time on an old stubborn pet stain that no one else had any success in removing. But John was persistant, and I am so pleased with the results! I would not hesitate to recommend Palmetto Carpet & Tile Cleaners to anyone and will definitely call them again. John and Eleanor arrived promptly at 9:00 as promised. They went right to work as soon as I showed them which rooms of carpet I needed cleaned. They were both polite and professional in their work. The carpets looked and smelled great when he finished. I was quite pleased with the job. I would call him again for my carpet cleaning needs.

this was the first time we used this contractor. they were right on time, were very professional, and did one of the best jobs we have seen for carpet cleaning. we will be using them for all future carpet cleaning.

Our scheduled appointment time was 9 a.m. John called me at 8:50 to tell me they were in route and expected to be there at 9 and they were. I was at work and my wife was at home and let them in. They explained to her what they were going to be doing and looked over the carpets and discussed between them where they were going to begin. Our carpet I must say was in our home when we purchased it a little over ten years ago. And I am guessing it is quite a bit older than that. We have had a number of other companies come in and clean, so they say, to no avail. I have rented cleaners and purchased carpet cleaners to do the job but with not the success I wanted. So, I received a notice of the Big Deal from Angie's List for Palmetto Carpet and Tile Cleaners and bought it. $119 for 4 rooms. My thoughts were If they could clean it maybe I could squeeze another year or two before replacing it. Well........ My wife called me about two hours after they started and was so excited. John and his wife had just left and had two more appointments but they did not rush through. They spent time explaining to my wife how to take care of spills in the future. She said honey you will not believe it. The carpet looks brand new!!. I am sitting here this evening and am still amazed at how wonderful the whole house looks and smells. The stains are gone, including rust stains from previous cleaning attempts. Our dog's pet stains are gone as well as the spilled coffee stains and high traffic areas. All Gone. While John was setting up his wife was vacuuming and cleaning the baseboards and carpets next to them in each room. While John was then operating his machine his wife would follow with the vacuum again. Truly an outstanding couple who were very courteous, professional and focused on providing nothing but an A+ job. We have found our company for all our future needs in household cleaning. Just a last comment I don't think I will replace the carpet for quite some time. Thank you Angie's List, the Big Deal and most importantly Thank you John and your wife. What an outstanding job you did on our carpets. Thank you, Thank you.

He cleaned my carpets on his first trip to my house. He did such a good job that I had him come back to clean some of my upholstered furniture,..something which I have been hesitant to do in the past. He was totally pleasant and professional. I would and have already recommended him to others.

I initially contacted John about cleaning the grout in the bathrooms, but decided to have him clean the carpet in the FROG instead. He and his "crew" came in and got right to work cleaning the carpet in the FROG including the stairs leading to the FROG. They also cleaned a rug in the sunroom. They were very personable and professional, getting the job done in a very timely manner. I was delighted not to have to tackle those stairs myself!!!

John and his mother were fantastic. They were prompt and explained the entire process before starting. They cleaned 6 bedrooms, 2 hallways, and 14 stairs and just under 3 hours. They never stopped working and were professional the entire time. Walked thru the house afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. If you need carpet cleaned I strongly urge you to use this company, you will not be disappointed.

John and Miss Eloise arrived right on schedule. After introductions, we proceeded through the house discussing what would be done in each room during the five process program. Small pet stains were noted and assurances provided that these would be appropriately treated. They then got busy with their equipment, asking or answering questions as warranted. Upon completion, they explained all that they had done including treating certain areas with enzymes. These folks were top notch making certain that we had no unanswered questions about drying time, enzyme treatment, etc. When all the carpet had dried and we walked through the various rooms, we were amazed at the magnificent condition of the carpet. For our money there is not a better service around. They work very hard and go non-stop. The job was completed in about two hours. We have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

John Herrin, the owner, was prompt in his response to schedule a time for cleaning. He called ahead of time on the day, arrived and looked at everything that needed cleaning to give me a very decent price for the entire job. Then he got to work! He was professional and thorough. He removed spots and stains and left everything looking clean and like new! I will definitely call him when it's time to clean the carpets in my home again!

Did a very very good job and restored a very dirty area to nearly as new..... Accommodated a change for request in time for service 2 days prior. \ Very friendly. Highly recommend!

My carpet is 20 years old and is light beige. John was able to get all spots out, including a printer color spot he had worked on previously. The carpet looked as close to new as possible. John and his mother are always friendly and efficient.

I was able to schedule an appointment to have my carpets cleaned in a timely manner. They arrived on time, and gave a call when they were within a 30 minute time window; which was very much appreciated. I was amazed at how quickly the job was completed. My carpets looked brand new again, and the fresh fragrance was delightful! This team really know what they are doing, and I will definitely hire their professional services again.
